Services
Make sure your home is safe, sound and secure. We provide peace of mind. Our process typically takes anywhere from 3 to 4 hours depending on the size of the home. We begin with the exterior and work our way to the interior and mechanical areas of the home. Within the same day of your inspection, you will receive a computer generated report with pictures sent to your email as well as a hard copy upon your request.
Our inspections typically take anywhere from 3 to 4 hours depending on the size and type of the property. Grounds: We will start with the exterior, beginning with the grounds, grading and any vegetation or trees that may affect the building. Driveways, walkways, and retaining walls will all be inspected.
During these challenging times, Gelsick Home Inspection is doing its part in keeping our community safe! We are asking, at this time, for our valued customers to refrain from accompanying Mike during the inspections. This will help to keep everyone involved safe and healthy. In lieu of your attendance, UPON REQUEST, we are offering a video tour in which Mike will "show" you his findings in the home that you may benefit from seeing.

While in the process of buying our first home, many people recommended Gelsick Home Inspection to me and I can definitely see why! They made the process so incredibly easy while being extremely kind and professional, and always available to answer my many questions. The inspection report itself is so detailed and thorough with pictures, I didn't have to wonder about the condition of anything in the home because of how much detail Mike provides. Mike did the inspection for the house I hope to buy. The inspection all aspects of the house, grounds, and garage. Everything was written in the report. I had some questions and called him as directed. He was courteous and friendly. He went over the entire report with me and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy understand.
