Today my car was broken in Olney near MedStar. My insurance agent helped me to find Moco Tow in the area. When I called, the owner Dost answered the call and tell me he will be at my location in about 20 minutes. I saw the time I called was 3:36. By 4 o’clock the tow truck pulled into the parking lot where my broken car was. This was the first tow truck driver came to me as he promised. In the past, usually half an hour means one and half hours. Dost was very polite and professional. I really appreciate his prompt service.

Amazon delivery vehicle was stuck in my lawn after rolling backwards down an inclined driveway. I received quick response from this company as the tow truck arrived within 10 minutes of request. Tow truck driver was polite and respectful. Abided by social distancing requirements as the incident was during COVID-19. Tow truck driver took extra care to tow vehicle out of lawn without causing further damage. Plus, company was very friendly and cooperative assisting with my claim of property loss against Amazon. I would use this company again!

Sunday late afternoon my daughter calls to say our Honda Accord is not moving. I went over and called MoCo. Dost was done for the day but kind enough to come out and pickup the car and tow it it a local repair shop in under 20 minutes.

Lucky the operator was honest, responsive and respectful. He knew I didn't know anything about my car and instead of taking advantage he gave me a quick piece of advice and was on his way. When I really need a tow in the future, the call goes to MoCo Tow because of the trust this interaction created.

Dealing with stressful situation of needing a tow was made easier when with the help of MoCo Tow.
