Had to wench out our big box truck as it was dead in the water and unable to hook to the back of the truck. Amazing how the tow truck driver was able to move such a large truck without causing any damage. Got to ride along with the driver back to warehouse. Excellent driver can't think of anything to complain about.

Wonderful experience! Sean was fantastic, professional and very personable. He did an AMAZING job of getting my non starting car moved and onto the flatbed with NO PROBLEM and was able to unload the car just as easily! Had no worries about the safety of my car or myself during the transport. I HIGHLY recommend Morton's towing and recovery! And if you are lucky enough to have Sean on the call, you will get the best care ever!

I'm an AAA member and had to have my 66 Mustang towed to my mechanic due to suspected water in the fuel system from sitting too long in my driveway. AAA dispatched Morton's and Alex showed up and greeted me with a very professional introduction. My car was at the end of a long, deep sloped driveway that looks new since it is less than 2-years old. Alex demonstrated genuine interest in my concerns about the weight of the flatbed and where to park the truck in relation to a full-width water drain on the driveway. I hit a deer. I am not from MD. I am from Connecticut.
I was totally out of my element and did not know the area at all. My tow truck driver "Mike " was so kind and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe. He brought me to a hotel in the area and even stayed to make sure they had a room for me. He gave me all the phone numbers I would need and I can't say enough how much he helped.
I want to thank Morton's Towing for hiring people like Mike who ... although it was not his job. Went above and beyond to help a stranger !
