Both airbrush makeup and traditional makeup produce beautiful results. Airbrush makeup is a light mist that provides seamless coverage with a natural finish and offers a bond that will stay strong for up to 8 hours. We recommend airbrush for normal to oily skin and traditional for those with dry patches or excess hair.

Services
Planning your wedding is a creative and fun process, but it can also be daunting with so many options! We require a deposit and signed contract to secure your wedding date. Our deposit is $250, $200 of which applies toward your final balance and $50 of which goes towards the booking fee. A hair and makeup trial can be booked separately and is charged at our a la carte rates which is $125 for makeup only or hair only and $250 for both.

Absolutely one of our best vendors! We just got our pictures from our photographer and I can't believe how beautiful this team made us look. They were beyond professional and really just kind people. They were on time and kept to the schedule working with all different kinds of skin types and hair types. I was so impressed how they were able to answer mine and all of my bridesmaids needs. I just can't get over the quality of their work! You will not be disappointed if you hire them. Also, leading up to the day, Megan was great with scheduling, communication and being flexible!

I originally found Blush and Bangs Co. through yelp when I was searching for makeup artists in the Santa Barbara area. Because I live in Orange County I had to go based on their reviews and photos and my trial that I scheduled with them. Megan, the owner, was immediately responsive answering all my questions about pricing and availability and scheduling a trial appointment. Sammie was my makeup artist who did my trial as well as my makeup for my wedding AND my mom, mother-in-law, and sister and she did a FANTASTIC job! Megan and Sammie were very professional, Sammie was on time to all appointments

I dealt with some very nice girls who were willing to go above and beyond for any disappointments or apprehension I had using their services. I highly recommend and think everyone who wants professional and very personable Muas to do all of their hair and makeup needs should contact Blush and Bangs Santa Barbara. They're prices are affordable compared to some of those other places that wayy overcharge.

Kristine did my makeup for my wedding along with 9 other girls! She is so talented and so friendly.
She did a makeup trial for myself, which I was a little nervous going in to because I don't really wear makeup except for eyeliner. At the trial she was very reassuring, gave me tips, and really listened to what I wanted. At one point a foundation wasn't sitting nicely on my face so she took it all off and started over with a new one! She really made me feel confident going into my wedding day.

Megan was super helpful when I was looking to book hair and make-up for my wedding! She was quick to respond and the prices can't be beat! I only say that since I know weddings can get expensive!!! Julie and her assistant did an amazing job on everyone's hair! And of course I loved my hair as well. At the last minute I requested to use my own makeup and tools and Julie was able to work her magic with anything! I would have been at a loss since I don't normally wear makeup myself and have no clue on how to apply things properly but she was able to capture the natural look I was going

Megan and Susy did an exceptional job on the hair and makeup for both myself and my maid of honor. Megan went out of her way to make sure that my hair and makeup were exactly as I wanted day-of following a few concerns at my trial. And, due to her diligence, everything was perfect on the day of my wedding.
Both women were professional, fun to be around, and patient with the chaos surrounding them in the bridal sweet.

Megan and her amazing assistant did the makeup for my wedding. The trial with Megan put all my fears to rest. She was able to pull out the vision I couldn't quite articulate, and polished it. Every step along the way, she asked my input.
Day of, she was wonderful!! She remembered every little detail we went over and it was a perfect recreation of our trial. Plus a little extra pizzaz that comes from already knowing the end result before you begin. I was super picky, and super thrilled.
She also was able to work with my bridal party and the moms, making them feel beautiful and customized
