Disclaimer: I did not receive any service or work from Hoffman Auto Body, only an estimate. However, that was enough... They do not seem professional or entirely honest and may be willing to take advantage of customers who may not know better. Right off the bat, the gentleman completing my estimated (a Guy W.) seemed amused that I was not going through insurance, and the estimate he wrote seems to reflect an amusement and expectation that I would just accept and pay what he wrote down. My front bumper, passenger headlight, and passenger front fender were damaged. Guy wrote an estimate that included

What an amazing place with awesome staff!!! My door got stuck and wouldn’t close, they were able to fix it without an appointment and were honest, helpful, and overall outstanding. It truly felt like I was taking my vehicle to a family member to fix. 💕

Our car was vandalized by over excited students near Boise State. The passenger side door was kicked, leaving quite a series of dents. We took it to Hoffman's as it was close to my office and had good reviews. The service was friendly but the repair took a bit longer than predicted. The paint was well matched and nicely applied. I was however a bit disappointed by the body work. I worked in a custom body shop when I was young so I have an eye for spotting less than perfect work. To the casual observer it's not really noticeable but I can't walk by the car without seeing the subpar

Friendly folks, easy to work with; would highly recommend. Damage done to Toyota bumper, brought in for work, picked up and still had a few concerns. They immediately took it back, made the corrections and got it right back to us. Excellent work - and completed work at less than quoted price! Thank you Hoffman!

Just got my car back and it looks great! Had minor issues with my front bumper and they did everything they could to get it fixed in a timely manner. They had my car for one day, got it done, and didn't go over the quoted price at all (which was very reasonable to start with!) Worked with Chad and he was super friendly and had great communication. Plus they even washed my car and got the inside looking spiffy. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely great experience working with this company, my truck was hit by another driver and I chose to bring my truck here.
They were very kind, respectful and professional. Shawn was great at working with me, as I can be very picky about my truck. I would definitely recommend Hoffman auto body to anyone.

I came into town for the holidays and got myself into a fender bender... Couldn't have came at the worst time away from home and all .. This place took 100% charge of everything, they got me into a rental immediately and fixed my car flawless.. I cannot say enough about how Chad and his shop turned a bad situation into a good one. These guys rock. Their prices are reasonable and the service is great. They are very helpful and informative. Chad, the owner is a straight shooter and very likeable. He wrote the estimate for our car. Other staff members were very courteous and helpful. I appreciate how they were willing to work with our nonstandard claim and my schedule. I was impressed with how the clean shop and office. We were so surprised and happy that they also washed and cleaned the inside of the car as well. We give big thumbs up to Hoffman Auto Body.
