Terrible. The price point is god awful for what you get - the arrangement was honestly an embarrassment. The hydrangeas are already dead...a day later. I called them to tell them about the situation, manager Misty was not helpful whatsoever. Still awaiting that call she promised me. Moral of the story, stick with the florist you know and love. I tried switching up from my longtime florist and it led to flat out disappointment with non existent customer service. Steer clear!

This is day 3 of an orchid plant from Viburnum. I'll let the pictures do the talking. Petals were drooping and I dug it up and saw this. Roots were moldy and rotten, there was no way of saving the overall plant. Why sell an orchid plant to paying customers if it's already dead? My advice is go to Wegmans and buy an orchid plant for $20, throw it in a vase and add a stick and you're at the level of Viburnum- just without the disappointment.

I worked with Viburnum for my July 2021 wedding, and Rachel and team exceeded my expectations every step of the way. They were incredibly helpful in navigating two date reschedules through COVID, and when the wedding finally arrived, I was blown away when I first saw our arrangements and floral; I cried happy tears! Rachel brought our vision for a romantic wedding filled with greenery, candles, and funky wildflowers to life, and I highly recommend her and the rest of the Viburnum team to anyone looking for a wedding florist.

A family member sent my mother an arrangement which was limp and drooping in less than five days. When I contacted the store, I was advised that that was the nature of the flowers the store selected (so why select them?). My mother was offered a replacement arrangement, which she accepted. We even asked for less expensive flowers that would last longer. The replacement arrangement never showed up and a follow-up email was never acknowledged. I would avoid this place as there are too many better choices in the area.

I had a great experience with Viburnum Designs. They have a knowledgeable, well-experienced, and accommodating staff to help you pick out the right bouquet for any occasion. Their arrangements are always beautiful and creative. In addition to being very helpful in person at their lovely store in Princeton that is full of cool plants, flowers, and cute little gifts, they are great with phone orders and delivery options. More recently, I got a bouquet delivered to my friends that are teaching from home during these times of social distancing. The flowers were beautiful and made their day. Cannot

Omg... I just got my urns filled and wreath installed by Viburnum for Christmas. I have been impressed with their orchid arrangements but the fresh flower/leaves arrangements for outdoor area are beyond my expectations. Rachel does this with no sweat and you can tell she has great sense of Style. I highly recommend it.

First, as someone who has worked in the floral industry, I can say their product is exceptionally tasteful, fresh and beautiful. Secondly, after personally speaking with Ashling over a minor discrepancy with my wedding, she was more than willing to bend over backwards to make sure I was happy. I have no idea where the negative reviews on her are stemming from but they are simply inaccurate. She and her staff (especially Rachel) are excellent, personable, visionary and absolutely provide 100% customer satisfaction and service. I have recommended them many times to friends and now that they are moving

We found Rachel to be knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She laid out a sample arrangement which looked a bit better than the end product but on the whole, the reception flowers were quite lovely and the many low and low candles added a lot. The disappointment was the bride's bouquet which was quite underwhelming as were the maids bouquets. Moreover half of the groomsmen boutonnières was missing. Not a day to suffer disappointments. Some carry through issues so I would advise you to inspect the wedding party flowers before Viburnum's rep departs.

Worst florist ever literally.. I spent almost 10000 dollars on the flowers for my wedding and the centerpieces were not as big as they were during my sample meeting .. my entrance centerpiece which was over 600 dollars looked nothing like it was supposed to and they forgot to put the candles all over my tables which completely made the look to my venue very disappointed after spending that amount of money on flowers it should be absolutely perfect and when I texted Rachel about forgetting the candles on my tables which she knew to do and I was very clear about it and she confirmed she did not have

I loved Viburnum Designs work! I got married in May and love everything they did. They were professional, extremely fast with responses to emails. They were very understanding of my budget and had beautiful arrangements for the reception tables. We had a mandap structure for the Indian ceremony that was beautifully done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Above and beyond! I called Viburnum from San Diego this morning, and spoke with Ashley to request delivery of flowers for my elderly mom, who lives in Princeton - it's her 97th birthday today. My mom was going to be out for lunch, and I let Ashley know. I asked them not to leave the flowers on her stoop, as is hard for her to lift them from there. After two delivery attempts, the last at 3pm, with no answer at the door, Ashley called me to let me know they would call my mom in the morning, and try again tomorrow. I emailed my mom, who called Viburnum when she got home at 4. The drivers were

I needed a bouquet to celebrate my wife's PhD, and told them so. I had walked past this store many times while we lived in Princeton, so I decided to swing through.
"Bouquets start at [a high price that I'm concealing for my wife's sake]," said the florist, "and are all custom."
They had a variety of beautiful purples and some amazing yellow flowers that looked like the sun on a stick. So I said I wanted purples, with a splash of yellow.
My mistake--they took what looked to be a head of red leaf lettuce, stuck

Beautiful high end specialty flower shop in downtown. Great fresh cut blooms. Their arrangements are all so unique and beautiful. They have Great gifts, nice candles and Holiday items and even some great barr creams and bath products...

I ordered flowers over the phone from California to be delivered to a friend in New Jersey. I left the design specs to the arrangers and just asked for something spectacular as this was for a 50th birthday celebration. The arrangement was indeed spectacular and just as beautiful as the arrangements on their website. The flowers were delivered promptly as ordered and I could not be happier with this outstanding florist. I will definitely be using them again and again for all special occasions!

It is an extremely nice flower shop, however the service is terrible. The lady who helped us was very nice, however the florist was extremely rude as hell. The florist was extremely judgemental. We asked for the price for one of her arrangements that we felt was extremely nice, but she told us that it was "kinda expensive" as if we couldn't afford it. Good customer service is the utmost important thing to maintain in a business. If you don't have that, you can lose customers. I'd rather spend $1000 on a plant where I am treated with respect rather than pay $250 on a plant

We were just window shopping but the arrangements were absolutely amazing. their aesthetic was not of the garden variety. arty and interesting, I felt like we were in a museum.
prices were a bit daunting and we were visiting from out of town, so we didn't purchase anything. but found ourselves gushing over just about everything we saw, so count us fans!
