I am sorry but your explanation is not convincing. Your so-called âstandard procedureâ doesnât seem to work in any other flower shops because the rose you sold is simply withering, this is the solid truth. plus, even after you âproceedâ-ed to peel the outside petal off, the remaining petals are just as bad as the removed ones, those rose wouldnât last for 2 more days. I am posting my experience not asking for refund or even excuses, I am hoping that you wonât do this to next customer who are a totally stranger to you.
