Everyone here was so nice and accommodating, from the receptionists to the hygienists to Dr. Portalupi himself. They went out of their way to explain every step and make sure I was comfortable during the examination. They have procedures in place to ensure comfort and safety during the ongoing pandemic, which I really appreciated. Dr. Portalupi and his team are hands down the best orthodontics team in town. I was really impressed by the their professionalism. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The girls are amazing, love Shannon and Amanda, they made me feel really comfortable during each visit and accommodated my busy schedule while ensuring I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Portalupi and his staff are great. I came in for a free consultation after visiting numerous orthodontists in the area. I left his office on day 1 knowing that I wanted to proceed with Dr. Portalupi. He was extremely informative and detail oriented during my consultation. I love Dr. Portalupi & his staff. Everyone is always so friendly & welcoming. My son just got his braces off and his teeth look amazing! Dr. Portalupi explains everything too you from the very first visit & what to expect threw out the whole process. I am 63 years old and needed braces. Over the years my front teeth were getting worse and worse. Dr. Portalupi came highly recommended so I visited his office for a consultation. From the very beginning the high degree of professionalism made me feel at ease. His ability to finance all the work makes braces affordable to everybody. I really wish I could explain what this group of people has done for me. I had a very traumatic face accident many years ago. I have been in pain for so many years, as well as being bullied at my place of work. My fear was so great to ever go and get help. Then I walked into this office.
Within the first minute Dr Portalupi came out to say hello and welcome me. He spend hours with me and explaining everything we could do. Not only explained but LISTENED! I came home and cried like never before. I was given hope, and someone who truly cares .

I came in about a year and a half ago for a consultation. I decided that in my late 20s I wanted to do something for myself and get braces. I am so happy I made the decision to come to dr portalupi's office. The staff is always so friendly, and welcoming. I've had my braces for about a little over a year, and I love how my teeth are turning out. I never have to wait long when I check in for my appointments. They are so quick and attending. I love this place!

Dr. Portalupi and his staff are nothing short of amazing! Highly professional, kind, inviting, knowledgeable and just absolutely astounding. I would consider them one of the best in the country. Dr. Portalupi constantly goes to training to continue his knowledge even though he is highly skilled at what he does. If you are looking for an orthodontist office........your search has ended! Don't make the mistake of paying the price for orthodontic work with someone that is sub par. Do yourself a favor and let them help you create the smile of your dreams. The staff here is awesome and very helpful. Dr Portalupi was always quick and the fixes were easy. It was never a problem to get an appointment. Most important of all my teeth look amazing and will look amazing the rest of my life. I definitely recommend this orthodontist office to anyone. Dr. Portalupi is one of the best orthodontists that I've been too! He definitely runs a great practice with great assistants. The assistants are always very sweet and nice. Every time I went for an adjustment, it was quick and easy! The atmosphere is very lively and upbeat! I would recommend Dr. P too anyone!!

Overall, my experience here was horrible. Unfortunately, I had a time-sensitive orthodontic issue which limited my options--otherwise I would gladly have gone to another orthodontist. But perhaps this was the first bad sign I should have heeded--while all other orthodontists I called were booked up over a month, Dr. Portalupi had availability the very next day.
I will admit that the office is modern, clean, and comfortable. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.
However, I ended up paying over four times the amount quoted me by a Davis orthodontist for my small issue. In addition, Dr. Portalupi

Everyone who works here is super nice and friendly. I've only gone in for a free consultation so far but they did xrays and the dentist answered all my questions and I won't be charged anything if I change my mind about the treatment. Their prices seem fair and they do all the work with my insurance. Also they have a 24 month interest-free/no finance fees loan for the remaining amount, amazing!
