I scheduled with this company to move a refrigerator from Yorktown to my home in Virginia Beach. Scheduled and confirmed the details days before. I was given a 30 minute window when they would arrive. I called and messaged them all day (the day of the move) with no response. I waited over 2 hours to meet them and they didn’t show.

I have used off-LOAD twice this year for local moves and will be using them again soon to take things to a storage unit. Briar is a very professional, attentive, nice young man and the guys he has working for him are amazing. Top notch service! 👌 (not only did they help move move from a storage unit to a new apartment, they went above and beyond and helped my dad get old box tvs out of the house to donate, as well as move beds to another home, all in a day's work!)

I can not say enough about this company.... to find a good moving company in this day and time is virtually impossible! Off-LOAD was on time, sooo personable and kind, professional and very reasonably priced. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends for any moving needs they might have!

The Off load moving team is very professional,respectful, reliable and punctual. They did a phenomenal job transporting my furniture, it was all protected. They were super cautious and skill turning every piece just right without causing any damages. Excellent service and very reasonable price. Thank you for being so efficient. I highly recommend them
