Building our foundation on safety and service, New Waverly Transportation (NWT) began as a one truck corporation in New Waverly, Texas back in the early 1980's. Joining forces with Louisiana Pacific Corporation (LP) in 1994, NWT merged with LP's private fleet of trucks and began running under LP's authority.
New Waverly Transportation's core value of safety is the foundation that guides our daily work and decisions. We firmly believe that no one should get injured while running with NWT and that all accidents and injuries can be prevented. Running safely is a condition of our transportation lease. To that end, New Waverly is committed to providing resources and training that will ensure safety on the road and at home.

No, New Waverly Transportation has a trailer lease program available for all owner operators (o/o). NWT has various shipping locations throughout the Southeast, Midwest, Lower Atlantic and Central Atlantic regions. All trucks are equipped with iPad tablets with access to NWT's Mobile Dispatch App. All load information can be found through the app.

One of your drivers leased on to New Waverly, driving on S Mopac Austin Tx on 27/01 around 4PM using the left lane(no truck lane) slowing the travic, didnt want to move over after allerting the driver, he decided to show his middle finger instead, and kept to the left lane. I had an experience with one of your drivers leased on to you. Traveling up I-95 around mile marker 98. I was in the center lane of 3 lanes passing another slower truck and your leased driver in truck #5042 was no more than a foot off the back of my trailer. He is way to dangerous to be out on the highway. Virginia has a law for no trucks in the left lane of 3. He didn't care
