I don't think there is a better company anywhere in America. I love working here. There trucks are nice the trailers are nice and dispatch is by far the best in the business. You get plenty of miles and they won't make you do anything you don't feel comfortable doing. Jackson the owner I don't think I have enough room to say how awesome he is. He has bent over backwards and then some to help me out. I will stay with them until I retire just because of him. Marty, Ty and Kyle you are all amazing. Molly in payroll is great. If you need miles and don't mind working this is the place to be.

I've been working for RTR Transportation Service for going on 10 years. I would recommend any driver out there that wants to drive for a company that will treat you the way you want to be treated to give them a shot.
I'm not a recruiter, I am a very happy and content driver and don't care to be lied to or B.S'ed by a trucking company.
In my time at RTR I've never had a payroll issue that lasted more than a day. Once a mistake was found it was being taken care of. A few times I didn't even know there was a mistake, the company called me, told me a few ways it could be handled and I had the money

Positive: Quality
I've driven trucks since 1981 and this company is by far the best company I have ever driven for. I have found my home, I'm not going anywhere else. They will have to drag me away from here. Jack and Jackson Norman are the best. Good benefits, great home time.

Let me go over cause I had to have road call cause my trailer lines got broken a d I was in middle nowhere to pull off on a two lane road. Wanted me to go to place close but I couldn't cause there was construction had cones out where it to narrow to turn. The on texted me being ugly cause I had to do a road call get my trailer air lines fixed. The part of a bumper 🌟 started hanging on my truck and I was at a truck stop I had to do what I had to do and use zip tie to make it where it wasn't hanging so I wouldn't get in trouble with dot. This company is bs. No reason to let a driver go cause of

I have been with RTR since August 2015. I cannot say enough good things about the company.
Let me start with saying that other than the 14 yrs I served in the U.S. Army, I have never held a job for too long, (I’ve never been fired from a job either) I have a cold feet problem and am always looking for a better opportunity to make better money.
I have never had an issue with pay, mileage, home time, days off when needed, to include emergency off time. I recently purchased a truck 7 months ago and leased onto RTR, I have been on both sides of the fence with RTR as a company driver, and now as

Stay away from RTR! They will slowly take away your mileage rate. They took money out of their leased truckers checks to pay insurance but didn't pay the premiums letting the truckers think they were covered when in fact they were running without coverage. Low life if you ask me. When trying to renegotiate the lease they let them go. No business ethics at all!

I don't know what the man is talking about regarding lowering mileage grades are not paying insurance I was the first owner operator for RTR in 2005 and have work is a company driver and as an owner operator ever since could not ask for a better group of people to work with. They have always been honest and professional and provided any assistance they could and more than generous in fuel discounts and 100% fsc
