Very unprofessional group from customer service to the agent. I used to work with one of their agents (TONETTE PIPKINS) to try to get my first ever home. After applying and submitting all the requested documents, Called them a day or two later to confirm they’ve received my application and I didn’t miss anything. I was told I’d get a call back from… them by the next day. A week went by and no call or emails from them. Called again to see what’s the holdup, they said I need to send some more documents and they’ll call me within two days after they receive the

This is the worst mortgage company I have ever worked with! I gave them all of my information and they pulled my credit bureau, after which I was told that I would receive a phone call the following Monday(3days out). The persons Name was Matt Kelly. I never got a call back and it has been almost 3 weeks! I have called his phone at least 30 times and left voicemails with no call back. Then I was contacted by another person that worked for the company by the name of Breon. All I received was a text asking if I wanted to look at houses, no explanation as to why I was never contacted back by Matt
