My surgeon recommended Sound Physical Therapy post my ACL reconstruction surgery. I have had 2 visits already and I love it here. They take special care to customize the physical therapy sessions based on your rate of improvement and always strive to make it better for you. Friendly staff and very good physio therapists. Highly recommend!

I've had a great experience at Sound Physical Therapy with Alicia Chunn! I was experiencing pretty intense low back pain, and Alicia was able to give me the tools to get stronger and pain free. I appreciate that she spent a whole hour with me for my appointments, and also spent time on soft tissue work. She took the time to get to know me, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and go back if I need to.

My only complaint is I wish they took credit card for payment! Please upgrade your system to make payments easier.

This place is great. Great recommendation by the trainers at Allstar Fitness. Current rehabilitation for post major knee operation.

Working with Chris has been a wonderful experience. Learning more skills and techniques to improve my strength and mobility. Also he works with you and listens to develop a rapport throughout the treatment. I have learned more about my surgery from him and Tina than my own doctor.

Plus front room staff is courteous and open to help out. I recommend this place to everyone.

Micro-fracture Knee surgery lead me to Sound PT. Knowledgeable staff that educates and works with your specific recovery. Somewhat laid back atmosphere (airy at times)
The front desk is a little hectic and parking in the upper parking lot is difficult during the hours of 12-1 but the good news is there is additional parking below and it's (free)
My only issue was with billing since I was an L&I claim the notes were taken and the Surgeon notes were present for the final billing they billed me personally I was surprised to receive a bill and immediately contacted Sound PT. I feel that

I saw Tim Newton at the behest of my husband, who had been seeing Tim due to knee pain. I hurt my shoulder doing some aggressive gardening and then exacerbated the injury with an over-enthusiastic massage. Tim gave me some exercises to do for my shoulder and also for low-back pain, which I have experienced for all of my adult life. He was smart, kind, and sensible. My should felt great very soon thereafter. I'm stronger now and as close to pain free as I think I'll get with my low back.

So I had to go and break my elbow during a bicycle accident that required surgery. After they worked stuffing me with a metal plate and screws, I needed to relearn how to work my arm. My doctor required that I go to physical therapy. Bollocks.

I had chosen Sound because 1. Its about four blocks from my house and 2. my mom had knee replacement surgery in June and had been taking physical therapy there. She would gripe about how hard she had to work her knee but gave numerous kudos to how great the staff was. She worked with Tim and let me have one of her appointments to start off my physical therapy
