Our goal at ATL Pelvic Health is to continue spreading awareness about pelvic floor physical therapy. The motherhood journey is a special season and I want to change the way women are cared for while pregnant and during the fourth trimester (& postpartum really is for the rest of your life!)
Our goal is to educate, provide resources and guide women through caring for their bodies as it changes during pregnancy and allowing them to return to all the activities they love to do without pain or peeing their pants! We want to help active moms stay moving pain free during pregnancy and continue to move without limitations after birth.

I was skeptical at first when I went to see Katie. I had a lot of pain and really didn't know how PT would help, but she really helped me with my pregnancy issues and prepped me for labor. She is awesome and I felt like it was well worth my time. I will definitely reach back out after I deliver my baby.

I was reluctant to see a pelvic floor therapist after giving birth but after a few months I realized it was going to be necessary if I wanted to get back to being me. Katie was a life saver, helping me to see light at the end of the tunnel. She's proactive, provides great advice and feedback and really listens to what's going on with you and your body. I wish I had started going to see her during pregnancy because I think it would have been a tremendous help during labor, delivery and the early postpartum days.

I saw Katie after my first was born and knew when I had my second that I didn't want to go to anyone else! The care I received at ATL Pelvic Health is honestly the best I've had postpartum. Katie listens to concerns without judgement. I was very comfortable talking about "awkward" topics without feeling uncomfortable. Katie helped me get back to feeling like the movements I was doing in the gym are safe and helped me know how to modify as I continue to rebuild my strength. I'm now 6 months postpartum and doing all the workouts at my CrossFit gym with safe modifications. I can't say enough good

I went to ATL Pelvic Health during my pregnancy for back pain, suspected separation of my abs, and help preparing for labor. I can not say enough about how wonderful seeing Katie was for pain relief, preparation and just honestly mental health. I can honestly say I felt prepared to give birth.
I am now currently going to heal my core and pelvic floor postpartum. I am so excited to start my routine to rebuild.
I truly recommend seeing Katie for anyone who is pregnant, postpartum, or experiencing any pelvic floor related issues.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Katie! She helped me get through both of my pregnancies with a strong pelvic floor as well as helped fix issues that came up postpartum. She is super easy to talk to about the things that aren’t so easy to talk about (all your lady parts). I leave each session feeling stronger and more knowledgeable. And as a side note, she is the most amazing dry needler I’ve ever experienced.
