I was contacted by a therapist within a day of reaching out for help and felt an immediate connection. I felt so understood and like she could really help, and I've gotten better with my issues since going there. I would recommend Grace Behavioral Health to anyone; in fact I have told a couple of my friends and family members to go there, and they have said the same thing! (They meet with other therapists, different from mine.) I've had an excellent experience here; if you are on the fence about getting therapy, you should definitely give them a try!
