If you are reading this then you have taken the first step in helping yourself. It also means that you know what you want to resolve in your life and what kind of therapist you are looking for. I don't subscribe to one kind of therapy because everyone is unique and requires a customized approach. If you can be cognizant of your thoughts and feelings, you can live in the moment and not miss out on life.

Therapy is a journey that is filled with awakenings, discoveries, and realizations that will move you in the direction of self-betterment. I hope to take this journey with you.
Services
I received a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. In Philadelphia, I worked with the legal system; Treatment Court, Forensic Intensive Recovery and The United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Attending court weekly, working closely with state and federal probation officers and other public service professionals provided me with an intense work ethic and an in-depth look at rehabilitation and what it means in different sectors.
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, depressed and anxious is very real and not only impacts your mind but your body as well. Problems and issues may come on unexpectedly or could be growing for some time. It can make a difference talking to an objective person who will help you sort things out and regain a healthy balance in life.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. Even though it has been a couple of decades since I've been a young adult, I distinctly remember why they call it "growing pains". Life can be confusing, stressful, and frustrating. Talking to someone who doesn't have an opinion of you and won't judge you can help.
An expertly trained mediator, or neutral professional, helps resolve common and uncommon familial issues. It could range from communication between members to child arrangement, otherwise known as custody. Mediation and counseling are different; the mediation style and approach is more focused on a resolution rather than on fixing underlying issues and exploring emotions and feelings.
Choosing to self-pay for sessions allows for absolute privacy without having to submit anything to insurance. The frequency of how often you attend sessions, weekly or biweekly, is entirely in your hands. Currently, I accept Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Capital Blue Cross, and United health insurance plans.

This service is incredibly beneficial. As an attorney - I have referred several clients to this office who were in need of family mediation and/or individual counseling, pursuant to Court requirements. My clients have remarked - on numerous occasions - how comfortable they felt with the treatment and how beneficial it was to them. Thank you so much for your great work!
