I am in the process of improving my credit an looking to secure a home loan. I received a letter in the mail from Drew stating he could help. I called and completed a application, I had to text to receive a update. He responded by email. We never spoke again by via or text message. Very delayed email response. First he stated I had a charge off on a specific date. I sent him my credit report with the accurate date. He never responded to that, then he stated I have some disputes and to let him know when they were up. I responded to that email, I’m still waiting on that response. He was never specific

I rec'd a flyer in the mail from All Home Mtg's & called & spoke w Drew Hill he was very courteous & knowledgeable about the process to refinance our Mtg. He always wld call or Email me on the process of our loan or if he needed paperwork or faxes sent to him. I wld highly recommend Drew & All Home Mtg's. Crystal France is the absolute BEST LOAN OFFICER on the PLANET. Not only is she knowledgeable, timely, efficient, she is HUMAN. The home buying process is not easy, and my particular situation was very.. well lets say... challenging! Crystal showed kindness and grace, she never showed stress or worry... she answers to EVERY SINGLE QUESTION that I asked, but most importantly - Crystal is HUMAN.. She went above and beyond WHAT ANY HUMAN BEING should have to get this loan closed. There are not words in the English Language to describe her professionalism. I worked with Drew Hill to get my first home. Drew is phenominal. He made this process very easy. For every question I asked, I received a prompt response. Whenever I called, he answered or returned my call immediately. He kept me abreast of communication with my realtor and the sellers realtor, so that I can intervene as needed. Seth has been a preferred lender for my clients for a few years now, and has always done a great job. This past transaction showed him to his best. After two weeks into a contract, another lender informed us that he was "too busy to deal with the buyer's loan." ??? Seth jumped right in and managed to close the transaction in a timely manner - although he was definitely thrown some curve balls. Seth is proactive, communicative and works hard - late into the night if needed. Thanks Seth!!
