Colleen made my first home buying process an amazing experience by being there every step of the way going above and beyond. Colleen and her team drop the ball drastically when it came to my lending process. All the frustration that comes with home buying was increased during my experience with this company. I did not close on my home due to something she should have been knowledgeable about. Colleen offered nothing to me to make things better after I took a loss on my appraisal fee and inspection. I am very disappointed with this company.
