Save your money. We paid these clowns $1,500 for a wedding shuttle and expected three things: a functional bus, a competent driver, and the ability to get to and from a venue on time. Our guests ended up having to call Uber because the bus broke down on the way to the venue. NW Nav got a different bus for pickup but the driver got lost and drove 30 minutes in the wrong direction. Come on guys you had the easiest job of all our vendors. Utterly disappointing.

You had one job! Get people to and from a venue without the bus falling apart and without getting lost. Swing and a miss! The bus broke down and our guests had to take Ubers. The bus showed up sometime later and promised to get the guests back to the hotel in one piece, but the driver immediately got lost and drove a half hour in the wrong direction. I don't think I've ever written a negative review for anything but these jokers really earned for it.

I transport my music groups on NorthWest Navigator almost exclusively. We have a wonderful relationship with the Gillis family and their staff. Customer service is amazing. The drivers are always friendly, helpful, on time, and prepared for our trips. The coaches are comfortable and clean. You can't beat the experience of traveling on their luxury coaches.

NorthWest Navigator is my go-to company for any group travel in the Portland area. I have used them for both in-town events and for travel to Mt. Hood (in winter!) and have always been impressed with the service, their willingness to work with me and changing schedules. They are professional, responsive, and very customer-service oriented. They have even stepped in when I had issues with another vendor, on short notice, and made it work. They have earned that go-to status, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

While it was a few years ago, Northwest Navigator provided exceptional professionalism and service for a day trip numbering thirty people from Portland to Silver Falls State Park and back. We hiked around the entire park for about four hours, while the driver waited patiently. Everyone had a wonderful time, all made possible by the extremely accommodating driver and this terrific family owned company.

We have used NW Navigator three times now for performance tours. Awesome experience from initial inquiry through the conclusion of the trips. For my birthday, I decided to take my friends and their children on the Polar Express Train ride. I needed to get 28 people from Portland to Hood River so I called around for bus services. NW Navigator returned with a quote quickly and they were by far the best price around. The bus we rented had 33 passenger capacity, 2 rows with 2 bucket seats (+seatbelts) per row, a television so the kids could watch a movie, a small but functional bathroom, and a stereo system. There were cubbies up top for purses, food, etc. There were also two tables with cupholders with 4 seats surrounding them. The
