Services
The dental appointment is the time that we have set aside for the care and attention that we feel you and your child deserve. Our Patient Care Coordinator schedules appointments so that all patients receive the individual and undivided attention of both Drs. Biggs and Tingling. We take great pride in seeing our patients at their appointment time.
Elizabeth was a member of the US Air Force for ten years before deciding to change career paths and join the dental field. Through several deployments, she witnessed firsthand the lack of dental care available to children and knew she wanted to help make a difference. The doctors invited her to full-time employment upon reception of her Associates of Health Science and Diploma in Dental Assisting.
The office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with them for their comfort. School children with a lot of work to be done should be seen in the morning for the same reason.

The pediatric dentist has an extra two to three years of specialized training after dental school, and is dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teenage years.
Our office is located in the Lorton Professional Center behind A.L.L. Pediatrics. When you arrive, please follow the signs to the rear of the complex and park in the back lot. You will see our sign on the door. We are located in the center of the complex.

Terrible experience. I waited over 20 minutes with my 4 children to be seen, only to be told that I would have to split them up and leave 2 kids unattended in a public waiting room while the other 2 were being seen. I spoke with Dr. Biggs and said I was very uncomfortable with this, and that during our last visit I was able to be with all of them… the entire time, and there was never any mention of splitting the kids up. According to their "policy", children 7 years and older are to be unaccompanied, but they only enforce that when they see fit. Dr. Biggs and her staff were rude, unaccommodating

For my little one it was her first experience with a dentist and from the moment we walked in the environment and staff were warm and welcoming. My daughter enjoyed her goody bag and stuffed animal. As a parent, this was my first experience bringing my little one and I wasn’t sure how my daughter would react, but thankfully Dr. Biggs and our… hygienist, Asha, (soror) did an amazing job! We are looking forward to our next visit. The staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. Everyone we interacted with made our experience a memorable and pleasurable one. I would highly recommend
