JuvdermUltra XC: A hyaluronic acid injectable gel used for smoothing mid to moderate wrinkles. Had my first appointment with Dixie and I was very pleased.
It's a very well-run office. The phone is always picked up and the staff is friendly,informative and organized.
Dixie has great bedside manner. She's personable and easy to talk to. I didn't feel rushed and felt comfortable asking her any questions I had.
She's very knowledgeable and could tell she was very detail oriented when doing a check on my body. I feel confident she didn't miss anything. Lastly, there's no nonsense with Dixie and didn't attempt to push a bunch of unnecessary cosmetic products

Love Dixie because she listens to what you want. She has a light touch - nothing will look overdone or fake. There is no hard sell about any products. The time she spends with you is not rushed. You feel you can really trust her advice. Her staff (Sam and Odelia) are terrific. The office is very well run. You get in and out on time. I absolutely recommend Dixie. As do other doctors - innumerable times when a dermatology issue has come up (whether for my daughter or other family members) Dixie's name always comes up by Westside doctors as the dermatologist to see. Okay so I do not always review my Doctor's visits, but I'm really compelled to give a shout out to Dr. Dixie Richardson: She is absolutely amazing: The staff has excellent customer service ( Sam you are mazing). They sometimes have to put you on hold but please be patient with them, they get so many calls and are consistently busy. They do the best they can to make all customers feel very special. Dr Dixie is my skin doctor and I totally recommend her to any one who trying to get rid of skin blemishes, acne or just want to keep up appearances.

This is my first review on a doctor, but Dr. Dixie is worth the glowing review! Her staff was friendly, warm and professional. After finding her online and reading her reviews, I thought I'd give her a shot since I had to choose an out of network Dermatologist. Her offices and exam rooms are very clean. Doc was really professional, personable and thorough. It was like talking to girlfriend I've known a long while. I've recommended her to EVERYONE! She's definitely a doctor you can trust.

I have been going to Dr Richards for over 20 years. She is extremely knowledgable and honest. I have asked her about many different cosmetic procedures and she gives me her honest opinion on whether she feels it is safe and/or effective. She always tells me that if she wouldn't do a procedure on herself she won't do it on her patients. Dixie is the best and I have recommended many people to her.

So, I've never written a Doctor's office review before but I thought I'd swing this one because I was so impressed. Dr. Richards is the most professional AND savvy Dermatologist I've ever been the patient of. While appointments are somewhat limited due to small office size and high demand, her assistants manage to work you in, are always friendly, and attempt to accommodate even the strangest of situations.
