Our classes include Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and Healing Yoga. So whether you want to actively move, strengthen, and stretch, passively target the connective tissue, or mindfully stretch after injury/surgery we have you covered. Mat Pilates is included in our schedule and included in the Yoga class packages. Group Reformer classes are offered twice a week and Private Pilates sessions can be booked with one of our experienced Pilates instructors.
Services
The Class Descriptions provide a brief overview of the style and level of our classes. Level 1 classes are suitable for beginners as well as more advanced students that like to practice at a slower pace. Level 2 classes are more physically demanding, and assume an understanding of the basic Yoga poses such as Sun Salutations and Warrior poses.
Her Yoga accreditations are from the Lakshmi School of Yoga, Bryan Kest Power Yoga, and Shiva Rae. She is a certified Polstar Pilates Apparatus teacher and also a Physical Therapist for Pilates trainer. Her years of teaching and learning have made her a sought after trainer and therapist for our local athletes during rehabilitation after surgeries and injuries.
We are implementing the sanitation and client protection directives issued by the California State Health Board. We would also ask that students bring their own hand sanitizer for use before they enter the studio. We have reconfigured the entire studio for social distancing, as well as limiting the in-studio class sizes to 16.
