I was planning a last minute, small wedding close to the Christmas holiday. Every place else I called essentially laughed at me for requesting something only 4 weeks in advance for only 30 people. Creations in Cuisine not on my took the job, but worked with me to get the catering I wanted at my budget. They were very responsive and understanding when I had to make changes. And the staff was so professional and courteous. Not to mention the food was fantastic! People raved about the meatballs for days.

Amber worked with me to set up a great event. She was responsive to my requests, and worked hard to make sure we had planned for a great event. The team showed up on time, was professional, and everything went off without a hitch. Nathan (the event Captain) communicated throughout the event to let me know how things were progressing, and to ensure that everything was going smoothly. The food was outstanding, and I would hire everyone at my event again! Thank you to everyone for making the party so successful.

Everything went PERFECTLY for our company event thanks to Creations in Cuisine. Everyone greatly enjoyed the food & beverage. All of the team members were professional and courteous. From the catering equipment delivery and pickup, to the desserts, passed appetizers, and service, it was all as we had hoped. Amber was also key in getting this all set up. We went back and forth many times until all the details were set.

CIC is AMAZING! Highly recommend! They catered my daughters Sweet 16 and food was delicious. Besides the food being so yummy, Amber and the event staff were beyond AMAZING! Words can't explain how awesome the crew was. They were super professional and attentive if something was needed they were right there with a smile and their willingness to help. I will definitely be working with them for any future events. Huge THANK YOU to Amber she was amazing from day 1 that we met to the day after event. My husband and I are absolutely overwhelmed with how wonderful it was to have Creations in Cuisine cater and provide a full package of rentals for our wedding. Jen was our coordinator and was perfect from start to finish. She truly ran the show and the reception could not have happened without her.
