IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD. I implore everyone not to utilize this dental practice. Prior to scheduling my appointment I confirmed with my dental insurance provider that the office was a participating provider. The billing coordinator at this office is extremely unprofessional and was not courtesy. I was informed that that she could not confirm my insurance and when I informed that I have a contact person that would be able to explain my benefits. She stated “ that it is not her responsibility to identify the providing insurance”. You have to be kidding me the basis of your

I would highly recommend East Meadow Dental and for people to find out how a real dentist office should work. Dr. Klein & Dr. Birnbaum are both terrific and Dr. Birnbaum has the greatest sense of humor. My daughter uses him and I use Dr Klein. The office staff is wonderful and you are always taken on time. I travel from Queens so that will tell you how wonderful the office is.
