Services
Dr. Jacobson was born and raised in Queens, New York. He attended Cardozo High School and was a proud graduate of their first graduating class. Dr. Jacobson went on to SUNY Stony Brook where he majored in Biology. He received his DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1978.
Your first visit at the office is very important to us. We will perform a complete oral examination which includes an oral cancer screening, periodontal (gum health) evaluation, and a thorough examination of your teeth. We all know that good oral hygiene keeps your teeth looking clean and shiny. Teeth cleanings are preventative and therapeutic, and are essential to maintaining the health of your teeth, gums, and body.
Our office prides itself on running on a schedule that fits yours. After work and school appointments are available, with our dentist and/or dental hygienist, so we can see your entire family at a time that is convenient for you. We also offer Saturday appointments with Dr. Jacobson and/or a dental hygienist at our Queens and Long Island offices.
We accept most major PPO dental plans both as in-network and out-of-network providers. These include, but are not limited to, Aetna, Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, Empire BC/BS, United Healthcare, United Concordia, and Guardian. Even if you don't see your specific PPO plan listed here, please give us a call and we'll be happy to verify your insurance benefits for you.
