Joshua D. Anderson grew up in Enumclaw, Washington with a close-knit family who instilled in him the values of faith, family, and hard work. Since a young age, Josh knew he wanted to be an attorney so he could advocate for others and always knew his focus would be personal injury. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of San Diego and graduated Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law.
Thomas J. Klusmeyer was born and raised in Ohio. He attended college at Wittenberg University where he was part of the swim team and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Biology. Tom went on to receive his law degree from the University of Cincinnati. Since joining Anderson Law, Tom has been an integral part of the office.

I came to Anderson Law on the recommendation from a medical professional/friend following a car accident that left me with a neck injury severe enough to require surgery. Not having a lot of success with legal teams in the past entered with some skepticism but was quickly won over by Anderson Law.
They were very quick to respond, extremely professional and spoke directly with me in terms that any human being without a law degree could understand. I never felt talked down to and always knew that my best interests were being represented.

Josh Anderson was so helpful for me and my husband. We were in a collision and hadn’t considered a lawsuit until our medical treatments stopped being paid for, and we were still in pain. Handing everything over to him meant we no longer had to spend our time on the phone with insurance and doctors offices and not having to deal with that stress really impacted our lives. I would recommended him hands down to any other. Unlike other offices where you deal with paralegals, Josh was always available. He kept me apprised and really knows how to negotiate a fair deal. Josh was amazing. He didn't back down and he surpassed all my expectations. He recovered more than I could imagine. He stayed in it and didn't settle for less.
