He seemed nice but I went in for a general teeth cleaning (that my insurance pays for). He pushed on me that I need to have my wisdom teeth removed when they aren’t causing any problems. He also stated he needed to numb my mouth with a needle for a general teeth cleaning??? I don’t understand that. He also mentioned braces (I’ve never had a dentist mention braces to me before). He never asked if I was okay with any of it he just told me that’s what he was doing (not okay!) It seems like he pushes extra procedures and things onto people so he can bill for them which means he gets paid more

Luxury dental office, highly invested in technology and ease of new patient document signing and forms. Reminders were sent via text and I got a reminder call the day of. The admin was very nice. The doctor was extremely professional but also very personable. He used to live in Hawaii but moved to Dallas to start his practice. I highly suggest Dental Care of Plano for all your dental needs :)

Dr. Banerjee is INCREDIBLE. He was able to fit me in for a last minute teeth cleaning before my wedding, and it was the most gentle cleaning I've ever had! He is knowledgeable, and I appreciated that he took the time to explain every part of the process (what he is seeing, what he should see, what he shouldn't see, best practices, research results, etc.). I am going to make him my primary dentist, and I hope I never have to see anyone else.

Dr. Banerjee is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and thoroughly explains the xrays/procedures etc. He has a very calm and patient demeanor and takes the time to address all questions/concerns i have had about my dental health. I have never felt "rushed" here. I don't dread my dentist appointments anymore and in fact look forward to staying on top of my dental health...all thanks to Dr. Banerjee.

Dr. B was very attentive throughout my three appointments I had thus far. He is a super nice dentist! I have never once felt pressured to do any additional procedure that was not in the treatment plan. Before he proceed with any procedure, he will show the breakdown of everything he will be performing on you. As well as, how much you'll have to pay for the treatment. He was very gentle and always stopped to ask if I was doing ok when I show any discomfort. Not to mention his facility is super clean! All of his patient's room has a tv with videos of different oceans showing. It helped

Called off of the provider list and a pleasant associate answered as oppose to instantly placing me on hold as done with other dental offices I called.
We were seen same day, Insurance was verified before our visit. That were literally hospitable with coffee and water and made for a very pleasant experience with our dental emergency.
