Smile One Dental

I was abused by a horrible dentist as a child, and have struggled my whole life when it comes to going to the dentist, just calling for an appointment overwhelms me. Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr.Jessica Lien DDS at Smile One Dental, she is WONDERFUL and everyone in her office is too!!! Everything is fully explained with patience and kindness, and they are thorough with what they do, all the while making sure you are okay. The office is clean and has modern equipment, and there’s even a TV on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix if you like, while you are being seen. I am so grateful

I am a high needs person with low income insurance. They accept my insurance, help accommodate my needs, and did an excellent job.
I have ADHD, General Anxiety Disorder, Trypanophobia, and multiple past bad experiences with dentists from my childhood. The team was very patient with me and their actions helped me cope tremendously with my anxiety.
I absolutely recommend looking into Smile One Dental to anyone looking for dental work.

I am very impressed by her professionalism. My front crown fell off and I just walked in for an emergency treatment. She patiently explained to me the treatment plans and contacted my insurance for coverage. She was able to do a temporary fix immediately so I could smile again.

Dr Jessica Lien and her staff are always great. They make each experience with the “dentist” feel pleasant SPA day! :) They are friendly, courteous, and above all professional at their job each time. You don’t get the dentist lecture each cleaning if you know what I mean that is certainly something that I didn’t like about other dentist. I go here for both my dental work and my child's. Dr. Lien and her staff are wonderful. They were so friendly, patient and gentle with my kindergartner he is actually excited about going back to her for a cleaning next year.

This was my first visit, What a great discovery. Dr Lien and team excelled above all my expectations. The most personable Doctor I have ever meet, explained everything that was going on.

I'm not one to look forward to a trip to the Dentist, but I'm looking forward to one now. Everyone there made me feel like the most important patient ever. From Ivonne who greeted me entering, to Ximena getting me all X-Ray's up and settled in. Great TEAM!

Dr.Lien and her staff are awesome!!! She has the latest dental equipment. She was very informative and did not try to sell services to me that I did not need. You can watch a movie while getting your teeth clean and it's a very clean and modern environment. I wish I would have went to her sooner. My teeth are super clean!!! And I am recommending her to all my friends.

I have been to Dr. Lien several times in the past year and every single experience has been absolutely amazing. She is very patient, attentive, informative and accommodating. Her entire staff exudes cheerful customer service no matter the time or procedure. I’ve had to go back due to my own complications and she makes sure to never seem the least bit irritated with my million concerns every visit. Everyone is so incredibly nice. It had been ages since I'd been to a dentist so my anxiety was high. The doctors, assistant, and receptionist were all SO kind, helpful, and patient. Fear no more; this is now my go to dentist.

I absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist! Dr. Lien is so kind, caring and professional. She really puts you at ease and makes sure you understand everything. Her team is exceptional also. Ximena is so sweet and takes such great care of you and Yvonne is always prepared to answer questions and offer a smile.

Loved the dentist.....although she billed my Cigna heavy and charged my insurance credit card for an additional amount for just a consultation and xrays. Just wanted a cleaning.

One smile dental is centrally located outside of downtown Plano. Dr Lien is incredible, informative, and amazing. Her staff is very accommodating and transparent in their process. Dr. Lien and her staffs are EXTREMELY caring, patient and professional!!! She is willing to help you all the time with any questions or concerns. I was amazed by how well and smoothly Dr. Lien and her dental assistant collaborate with each other during the procedures and satisfied about the results. I needed a dentist and I needed one that worked late. I called Smile One and they could see me the next day after 1700 hrs. After meeting Doc Lien two things were apparent: she works 24/7 and she knows her craft. Her work ethic is amazing.

I needed a deep cleaning and three cavities filled. She took care of everything herself late in the day and still had the energy to tend to the next customer (this was after 6).

The cleaning went great and the fillings aren't giving me any problems. Which is a miracle, because I have not had a single filling that did not have to get adjusted. Amazing

Dr. Lien is an extremely talented dentist. She is kind, patiently explains each procedure, and helps patients make the best choice. I went in on a Friday and Dr. Lien did the best teeth cleaning and check up I've ever had. She made sure the results of my teeth were exactly how I wanted them. Dr. Lien was AWESOME. It was easy to book an appointment, quick check-in process, and everything moved so smoothly. Everyone was so nice and friendly! They have TVs on the ceiling so it was fun to be entertained while getting my cleaning done. I was even able to get my fillings done the same day which was great because I was able to avoid missing a day of work. Definitely suggest Smile One Dental. A+ service and work!

REALLY enjoyed this new dental office. The staff were all so very nice. My cleaning was more gentle than it had been in other offices, watched tv on the ceiling while they did it, and afterwards my teeth sparkled clean.

Worth noting that when I came in, I saw a box collection for gathering supplies to giveHurricane Harvey victims. Such a nice way to help others and bring in the community.

Then, several weeks later, I received a handwritten Birthday card in the mail... They do everything right and kind! Such wonderful dental office!
