Biff was responsive and scheduled us for the inspection immediately. The appointment and return on the report took less than a week. On the day of the inspection he arrived early to the appointment and was patient, helpful and thorough with his inspections. He answered our questions and was very friendly. Pre purchase home inspection! I used Biff’s to inspect a home I’m interested in purchasing. The inspection was thorough; although, I was not present for the inspection. Biff’s provided lots of photos and gave excellent feedback to help make an educated home buying experience. Both Biff and Chris are top notch knowledgeable and were willing to go that extra mile in helping to understand what was being viewed in the photos.

My home inspection with Biff was great. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough in his inspection. I am a first time home buyer so I was not sure what to expect but I felt like I got a crash course in home inspection and learned a lot about what steps are taken to make a home safe and how to maintain certain systems through out the house.
