I hired this company to inspect a business property before we bought. Steve allowed me to accompany him on the inspection, walked me through his thoughts as he evaluated each apartment, and wrote a thorough report. The report included very clear photos, as well. It delineated which concerns were to safety and hazard concerns to be fixed before the sale and which things we could work on to improve the quality after we purchased. I was highly impressed with scheduling flexibility, communication, and the professional attitude.

I requested a pre buy inspection for a house and after moving into the house less than 24 hours there was several problems that amounted to over $ 60,000 dollars in damages through out the house from water damage on all three levels to a broken furnace, leaks in the crawl space, plugged up drainage pipes in the garage floor, missing roof shingles and broken out door faucets. To pay top dollar for a misleading report is high way robbery to say the least.

I will not use this company for any future inspections. They have missed a few thousand dollars of repairs. I am unsure if it is a training issue but maybe they should have one person on the job so nothing is overlooked. There is no way any of my crawl spaces were thoroughly inspected. A wet crawl space and three pipe leaks would have been easily noticeable. Electrical conduit on a water heater, rotted subfloors, leaking valves, dish washer replacements, door replacements, sheet rock repair, bind damages, appliances that were damaged, etc. I went into the crawl space and discovered two sleeping

So to start this off, this is now my wife and I’s third separate experience we have had with Steve on a house we were in contract for in the past couple of years. When the time came to request an inspection for this new house out in the valley there was no hesitation to use him again.
