Though this website deals mostly with family law, let there be no mistake about the level of my experience as a personal injury attorney. I have more jury trial experience in accident cases than 85 percent of attorneys in the state of California. This is one reason why I have conducted intensive advocacy trial courses at the University of Notre Dame and the University of San Francisco law schools.

Was referred to Joe by a friend, who said that Joe's a real bulldog. When he takes a case, he won't let go until he wins. I was happy when Joe agreed to take my personal injury case. The other side tried to brush off our claims, but Joe the Bulldog wouldn't take "no" for an answer. He negotiated a fair settlement, and received a fair fee. It was great dealing with an attorney who is much smarter than most attorneys, well versed in the law, and not an ambulance chaser.

If you are like I was--in the midst of a search for legal council that you hope will help deal with a difficult and daunting situation, I implore you to continue your search, as you will be met with nothing but frustration and disappointment where Mr. Zoucha is concerned.

Five Star Attorney! Divorce is always difficult but mine was even harder because I live in NJ and my ex lives in California. I had to find an attorney online and hope for the best. This is the attorney you have been looking for! Really, whoever says that? Joe was recommended by a friend who was involved in a complex divorce. My friend was actually smiling as he recommended Joe, again, who does that? Upon meeting Joe he makes the daunting process of a divorce into understandable steps and literally he walks through the process with you. Joe helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I had no idea how to go about the process of getting a divorce and the paperwork involved. He was always available, even sometimes on Saturdays or Sundays to meet with me and answer any questions I had. He knows the court system and what is best for you. This attorney refused to take my case on bent and misaligned vertebrae from a car accident simply because I am over 40 and he holds the false belief that this type of damage is a normal part of aging. Hello-Studies show that almost 50% of this type of damage is caused by car accidents and is very common in Americans because: a. The average American is in a car accident every seven years. b. This type of injury can occur in accidents involving speeds as low as 2.5 mph.
