Oliver has represented me for a few years in a high conflict case with a very wealthy, litigious, bloodthirsty attorney with whom I had two children. The case was dragged on and made endlessly more complicated than it needed to be by the other side, but Oliver has handled the case very well and has shown himself to be extremely diligent and competent. He is reliable, reachable, will meet with you on weekends, nights, early mornings- he has devoted his life to his practice and has been unwaveringly encouraging and supportive despite how difficult and blown out of proportion this case has been made

I like this attorney a lot. I recently hired Mr. Gutierrez to help resolve a really stupid, minor legal matter. I found him to be flexible, smart, quick to respond and reasonably priced. Mr. Gutierrez also struck exactly the right tone I was looking for - terse, snide and disdainful, yet also very professional, his writing style is great.

I had to fire my previous attorney, as she compromised my case for the lack of dedication and responsibility she had. The other attorney kept trying to reach her, served her and i was unaware of all of this. Well, there is a lot more to this attorney which i do not want to go into, but she pretty much ruined my case completely. Well, she was fired.
So i called Oliver who i was referred by another attorney who went to BHS, Nafiz Ahmed.
Oliver took my case when i needed him the most, he took it at the worst possible time for me and any attorney to take over. But he has turned it around.
