I was referred here by a friend and haven't regretted it! From the first time we came for just initial appointment Dr.phillips was very patient and didn't try to rush us into getting braces put on our daughters teeth. I didn't feel any pressure that I had to have them done immediately. It was very reassuring. The office staff is always friendly and they have appointments early in morning and afternoons to fit around school schedule. We have loved our entire experience here.

The ridiculous scheduling practices are not school schedule friendly at all. If most of your clientele attends school then wouldn't it make sense to have extended hours or even an occasional Saturday available? This office thinks they are a bank. If you get an afternoon appointment on one tightening then they require your next appointment to be in the morning. Even if it means your child will lose their perfect attendance or you have to travel from Carson City and take the entire day off of work to accommodate it. Completely outrageous!

Myself as well as my sister, brother and boyfriend have had orthodontic treatment from Dr. Phillips and his staff. I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say they are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My sister has had her braces off for almost ten years and they are still as straight as the day they came off. They also offer retainer check ups, which can make a big difference over the years! Dr. Phillips is also very knowledgeable in his field; during one of my x ray exams, he noticed a dark spot on one of my back teeth and recommended I get a second opinion. Turns out I

While my teeth are straighter than they were before treatment, I felt that they rushed my treatment along because they were paid in full rather than getting my teeth as straight as it could have been. In addition to that, the dental assistant who removed my braces pulled them right off and cracked my front tooth and then lied to my face and said it was already there. My teeth were never cracked prior and I should know since I've been brushing my teeth, looking in a mirror every day for most of my life.

What, no other reviews? Dr. Phillips has had a successful practice here for a long time.
I wanted to get braces, and it was even recommended by my dentist in this area, because of the crowding in my lower teeth. I was reasonably happy with my upper teeth and my smile looked fine. I also got two more consultations in the same metro area (if you can call it a metro area). I was hoping to go the "Invisalign" route, since it didn't involve having metal in the mouth and I had seen the ads.
