Very nice staff, polite and respectful on the phone and in person. Dr. Cook is excellent with my children and I am very happy to have found them. They do a great job of not making us feel rushed either. The post-consult communications with both myself and other dentists was prompt (even considering that they do the consult for free yet spent a fair amount of time after the visit writing letters and doing busy work without compensation or guarantee we would be back). The good news is we are returning the bad news is all of my kids need braces. 😬 😂 😩

Hello- I just wanted to say my daughter’s teeth are beautiful, we have been going to Dr. Cook for years. Yes, Dr Cook gave us his personal cellphone number and has been available should I need him immediately. However , in recent times- past six months - a year or so, I feel like we were rushed, not treated as patients, more like a number due to… the popularity of the place. The day my daughters braces came off no one walked her out to talk to me until I asked to speak w one of the folks in the back who assist Cook and Gutsche. Dr. Cook is treating both of my sons and has been excellent so far, but my experience with him this weekend went above and beyond. While on vacation, on Sunday morning one of my son's wires came out of the brackets. The emergency number the office gives out is Dr. Cook's personal cell phone. With some texts and calls, Dr. Cook walked us through how to get things comfortable so we didn't need to make an emergency trip home.
I can't recommend Dr. Cook highly enough. He is fantastic and a lifesaver.

I highly recommend Cooke & Gutsche Orthodontics. The Damon brackets used in this office are far more comfortable than the traditional braces that I began with at a prior office. As an adult, I decided to obtain braces at the same time as my son to correct overcrowding caused by an extra lower tooth. Dr. Cooke was wonderful to work with and I am very pleased with the results. I initially went to an orthodontist who did not fully explain the process or the options so I was unable to make informed decisions regarding tooth removal and brace type. I was left with a huge unprofessional gap, was at risk

I love this office! I am about halfway through my treatment and I still have a ways to go, but my teeth already look so much better! Dr. Cook takes the time to explain everything to me step by step, which I love! And all of the staff from the front desk to the assistants are all so nice and great at what they do! I thought there was only 1 orthodontist in Springfield., till someone told me how much they love Dr Cook!! After netting with him, my sons didn’t want to try the other. He is warm, is direct, sincere & gentle!! My boys are upset because they are getting braces so late (16). Dr Cook gave them his personal cell phone and said he could call any time. My sons won’t call him, but it made them feel good!! Oh and his entire staff is warm, welcoming & friendly! Overall great atmosphere!! Can’t wait for the final results!!!

I have been going to Dr. Cook for years. He is the best orthodontist! I had a couple of impacted teeth when I was younger, and he did a great job explaining the issue and his creative solution to me and my family in words we could understand.
