For this reason, owls need flexible necks, as they have to turn the entire head to change views. They can move their heads 270 degrees in either direction (nearly all the way around!) VisionLoft is a wedding venue that can provide you with a unique wedding reception experience in the heart of downtown Indianapolis steps from Mass Ave. This unique trendy downtown event space will provide your guests with a high-tech atmosphere boasting trendy decor. VisionLoft event venue is a mix between the historic nature of the building and today's modern technology.
We host creative parties, product launches, art gallery openings, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and non-profit benefits. For celebrations of your past or present wedding, please refer to our wedding section of this website. The space lends itself well to these types of events to leverage the technology for the actual celebration by incorporating visual slide shows as well as planning activities for the guests.
Julie is a technology professional who leads the technology design efforts at Indiana University for innovative classrooms and informal learning spaces. Through her work, she was inspired to design and create VisionLoft. She believes that VisionLoft will bring together space and technology to empower people to generate new ideas and move their vision forward.

This venue is next level! Whether you are looking for a business meeting space or a private event this is a great spot. They have amazing technology for meetings or they can be used as a Photobooth. Love the location right next to Mass ave. They have a great look with the old industrial feel but modern appeal.

Very nice place. Several parking options close by (lots and garages). Nice size. Not very big though so if you have a wedding with a lot of guests, the size of the dance floor isn't going to be very big. Update: I'm moving my 4 star review to 5 stars considering the very fast and polite response from the owner. This is a great place for small events and I would highly recommend it.

We hosted our wedding at VisionLofts in June of 2021, and I only have wonderful things to say! We originally booked our wedding with their team for May 2020, but had to then postpone due to the pandemic. Julie and Heather (their in-house event coordinator) were nothing but flexible, patient, and kind during this situation. They graciously worked with us to reschedule (not once, but twice) and helped us along this journey. When our wedding day finally came, Heather was fantastic, and made the event so perfect and beautiful. Such a lovely and unique space, with a great team!

I had my traditional Nigerian engagement party here and it was amazing. Their drink package was insanely affordable, they were super flexible when we needed to add an additional hour DURING the event. We were able to prepay for parking for our guests and they gave us a refund on any unused parking. I can’t say enough good things about these people. The owner was so responsive and kind and the staff went above above above and beyond. Our wedding coordinator was horrible and they stepped in and made sure that everything went smoothly. Just 10/10

I have not only hosted an even at Vision Loft, but also attended several other events there. I myself hosted a Women's Networking event there, which ran perfectly. I have also attended industry lectures and networking events there. The team at Vision Loft is always very helpful and flexible to make the event run smoothly. The space is clean, well designed, and allows for many layout options. I highly recommend this venue for any type of event.

I highly recommend the Vision loft for any event. They came through in a big way for our son and our new daughter’s wedding in March 2021. They had to move their wedding venue and date due to the Pandemic and the Vision Loft staff was able to accommodate the wedding and reception on short notice. The ceremony was wonderful, and it felt as though it had been planned well in advance. It is such a beautiful event space with real charm and character. The photography options are endless, and the technology allowed for unique opportunities to enhance the evening with projected images and lighting.

I have been to multiple events at VisionLoft and I am always blown away by what they pull off! The owners are incredibly personable and willing to do whatever they can to make the even spectacular. Julie has an extraordinary eye for design and I would be completely at ease leaving her in charge of the aesthetics on an event. I have always had the best experience here and would highly recommend choosing them for any event!

I'm a wedding photographer at Leah Rife Photo and LOVED shooting at this amazing venue! The owners were so wonderful to work with, and the space is gorgeous and a perfect spot for a downtown Indy wedding! There are so many spots at the venue and within walking distance for great photo locations, which is so helpful if you have a tight timeline for photos. So impressed with this lovely venue. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I got married in June, and having our ceremony and reception at VisionLoft was truly the best decision we could have made about our day. Julie, Dan, and Heather made sure our day would be perfect MONTHS ahead of time.
Julie asked all the right questions, always replied super fast to emails, and was so supportive with all the right suggestions on how to use the space. She even organized a reserved parking spot for us right outside the front door. Heather was on top of all the organization and handled all of the drop offs and pick ups onsite. Dan took care of setting things up perfectly

What a well designed space. I'm not just talking about the furniture either, which is fantastic. The entire space feels like it's been meticulous planned out. The simplicity of the wood tables, clear chairs, the exposed brick, and concrete floors all work well together. The seating areas are quite inviting, as is the bar in the rear. The place is set up well for caterers to prep.
But the tech set up has to be my favorite part. The multiple projectors and TVs are all tied together beautifully through a central operating system that anyone can use/understand. To me this was the most impressive selling
