I'm extremely afraid of needles. Yet I can fall asleep while at SPCA. Trish is the best! I went in for back and neck pain. I didn't even realize all the other things I could get treatment for until I filled out the intake. I really appreciate the sliding scale payments as I usually can't afford acupuncture. Thank you for helping me feel my best!!!

At first I thought I would be uncomfortable doing community acupuncture. I didn’t want to be in a room with other people. But the pain in my knee drove me to try it. I was incredibly impressed. There are comfortable recliner‘s and everyone is respectfully quiet. The lights are down and there is white noise. I found I needed to give it three tries, but after the third try, I truly felt pain relief. I am impressed by the care and the concern that goes into the acupuncture. And, there is absolutely no pain in the insertion of the needles. Again, I was extremely reticent, however, I am so glad

Trish is great! I love her treatments. She has helped me to eliminate my arthritis pain and keeps them from coming back. She has also helped me with other probems like headaches, back aches, and sinus problems. Acupunture is a great add on to my wellness routine and the community atmosphere helps me keep it in my budget. I highly recommend you give St. Paul Community Acupuncture a try!

My back went out for the first time ever I was practically unable to move off the ground. After 3 chiropractor appointments it was worse. My body was so tense from the pain my back couldn't even relax. I used heat (suggested by my yoga instructor) instead of ice (suggested by my chiropractor) and that gave me some relief. A friend from work told me to try acupuncture. I made an appointment with St. Paul Community accupuncture. I was nervous and skeptical but at this point open to anything as I was sick of the pain and being laid up. When I got there I was a little concerned about the pain of the

I moved to St Paul in May and started going to St Paul CA. I have been to several community acupuncture establishments including one locally in Plymouth. I find it to be a very comfortable environment where everyone has his own recliner and is treated in a large room. Trish has white noise machines going so you can't really hear others or her consulting with other patients. I like scheduling appointments online and I also really appreciate how Trish, the acupuncturist, includes community in her practice and how she collects food for a local food pantry.

I've been going to Trish for the past few months and it has changed me from a doubter to a believer! I feel better every time I go there. I now think acupuncture should be a part of everyone's health regimen. It has eliminated my plantar fasciitis pain that I have had to endure for years. I highly recommend St. Paul Community Acupuncture.

I have experienced improvements in my muscle pain since starting treatment. The treatment is easy to schedule, the practitioner listens well, and the atmosphere is the most pleasant, relaxing health care experience I've ever had. Other health care providers would be smart to come by and see the comfortable, healing setting created here.

I've seen many acupuncturists over the years and I happen to be in town visiting family so I've been trying various acupuncturists.
I found this establishment to be EXCELLENT.
I say that after going to TCM acupuncture in Roseville which on the other hand was the worst experience I've had. Yep I'm calling them out!
So what makes this place 5 stars?
The woman who runs it actually cares and was patient and really took the time to go over what was causing my skin issues and how to address it. She reminded me of a quirky eccentric aunty...but I thought she was warm and very intelligent

I have been coming to St. Paul Community Acupuncture for several months and LOVE every second of it. Trish is great, very accommodating and caring about why you are there. There is a nice ambiance with the noise machines and ocean sounds with a cozy blanket and a comfortable chair. The sliding pay scale is great so if you can only afford a certain amount, you can still go. Thanks for being here!
