Dr. Roger Schutt joined Beth Israel Deaconess HealthCare 2009, after spending 15 years in family practice and geriatrics at Carney Hospital in Dorchester, MA. Dr. Schutt currently holds the position of Medical Director with the Beth Israel Lahey Performance Network. In this role, he oversees the Preferred SNF and Homecare network.

The female employee with blond who works in the office to the right of the hospital entrance is not friendly at all. manager? I've never seen such an employee before. She was rude and mean. This staff need kindness training.
Nurses and others staff is great.
If you have a health care proxy, check who your health care proxy is before admission. Anyone who wants to meet you can only meet with the permission of the health care proxy. And even if you want to meet, you cannot meet unless the health care proxy allows you. Even family members. And you will be monitored when you meet. This is my experience
