Accelerated Performance Rehabilitation
Our highly skilled manual therapists believe in a hands on approach to tissue preparation. Muscle, fascia, and involved soft tissue should be soft and pliable, not only to promote healing, but to allow full activation and function before adding stress to these tissues through proper strength and performance training.

When these restrictions are addressed, combined with the correct exercise prescription, accelerated healing and performance begins. At APR, our actions represent our passion in the company. Our physical therapists treat each other and our work environment with the same respect that we treat our clients.

Millions of Americans are adversely impacted by back and neck pain each year. Studies show that, at one point or another, approximately 80% of the U.S. population will be affected by back pain. Back aches and back pain may occur for a variety of reasons. Most people experience back pain as a result of sprains/strains, injuries, lifting improperly, or sitting for prolonged periods.
The shoulder is the most complicated joint in the body and has to move through an incredible range of motion while maintaining strength and support. The shoulder actually has four joints that connect your humerus, collarbone and shoulder blade to function as one unit. Since the shoulder motions are so complex, it takes experts in movement analysis to truly understand what is the root cause of your problem.
When you walk, run and move, your hip and knee work together to allow you to move fluidly and accurately. When one of these joints and the associated muscle groups that make them move are not working properly, pain can occur in different parts of the leg. Hip pain can leave you with very limited movement and make walking painful.
The hand, wrist, and elbow are very complex, requiring special attention. If you suffer from an injury, arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, or other painful conditions of the hand, wrist, or elbow, we can help. If you suffer from tingling or numbness to the thumb and first two fingers or have pain in this area, you may have carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS).

OMGosh,... can't give enough compliments to the staff at APR.
Dave was attentive, specific and successful at encouraging my grandson to work tirelessly on his rehab exercises beyond his appointment time. Joey was just as encouraging. The front desk staff is pleasant and accommodating.

I had plantar fascitis on my foot. After receiving 2 cortisone injections with no improvement from an orthopedic Dr., I decided to see if Physical Therapy would help, before I underwent surgery. David worked on me for a couple of months and I am happy to say that I have no pain in my heel. APR therapists are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and treat you with compassion. The facility is spotless and sanitized.

I have had many back issues and recently my back flared up. I went to APR PT and have been working with Eric who is caring and knowledgeable . The entire team including the the front desk receptionists and all physical therapists have been wonderful. I have been to other PT's and APR is by far the best of the best. I highly recommend that if you have an issue that requires Physical Therapy to go there.

I have been a physical therapist for 23 years with an extensive orthopedic background. When both of my boys got hurt in their respective sports I knew that I was sending them to Dave, as you really should not treat immediate family. There is no other clinic or therapist I would have them see. I have sent several athletes to Dave and with his expert knowledge and clinical expertise he has helped everyone I have sent to him get back to their respective sports. I look forward to the near future when my kids can play again with the help of Dave and the APR staff. Highly respected and highly recommended

I completed an approximately 12-week physical therapy program last month with Mike. I was also instructed at times by both Dave and Joey. Each of the trainers were knowledgeable about my diagnosis and the necessary treatment for my recovery. I was able to successfully recover after my training sessions and built strength and skills to protect my body in the future. This was all thanks to the trainers/therapists at APH. The facility is sanitized multiple times daily and the staff have made sure that all COVID-19 protocols are met and adhered to. I would absolutely recommend this facility for anyone

I have had back issues for the past 10 years and have tried many places for PT. This is hands down the best place I have ever been to for PT. Exercises are continuously changing so your workouts don get stale. Staff is unbelievably kind and knowledgeable in their field. My only regret is not going here sooner.

After coming from Joint Ventures downtown, I was concerned suburban options wouldnt meet my expectations of care quality or have competitive facilities. APR have beautiful facilities with great equipment, were really efficient helping my care get up and running, and have very attentive staff. After multiple PTs in different clinics, Joey has been one of the most knowledgeable, creative, and compassionate PTs I've had the pleasure to work with. Looking forward to making some solid progress here, thanks APR team!
