Bill and his company say they will build "Custom homes, all shapes and sizes", but he's ok with turning down a home that needed a few handicap accessible features. He came up with excuse after excuse of why he couldn't do the home such as "The front door handle is complicated". This is unfortunate, and a buyer should never be in the position to plead for a builder to give a quote. Please rethink as you are selecting your builder, and if it's not turn-key or if you do by chance have a handicapped family member look elsewhere.
