Do not book here if possible. There are alot of other options in Redding. They are extremely rude and unaccomodating. I booked the hotel room for my guys and paid in full. I emailed them a credit card and Id as I normally would with every other hotel I deal with and they refuse to accept it to cover there 20.00 incidental fee and refused to let my employee stay there without the 20.00 hold. They left him sitting in the lobby without a room. I ended up having to book them at a different hotel that immediately took care of them and got them safely in there room. Horrible customer service, they should

We just got home after 4 days at the Oxford Suites and what a joy it was. The staff was just fantastic, they were cheerful and caring. The stay came with a complimentary buffet type breakfast that would rival a regular restaurant. Scrambled eggs or Breakfast burritos, fresh potatoes and fruit, and a wonderful meat, sausage or ham, a different one each day. Choices of juice or cereal, Danish and muffins, this list goes on. We took advantage of the exercise room but I was limited because they did not have a bike but it was still amazing. The pool was closed for the season but that was ok. My

Very nice chain hotel and close to Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay Park. The room was huge, with two flat screens. More like a suite, and except for a noisy air conditioner was quite cozy. Breakfast was above average and probably the best coffee served at a hotel or motel. There is a welcoming reception with wine, beer, and sodas served from 5:30 to 9 pm.

Hair, hair everywhere. First room with 2 beds. Pulled back the covers and there was hair on the sheets. The drinking glasses were also dirty. Moved to the room next door. Pulled back the covers on the 2 beds and both had hair on the sheets. 3 out of 4 beds have hair in the sheets
TRULY DISGUSTING!!!!
UPDATE: Our other family member that stayed in a separate room had a stain on one of the sheets. They moved to the other bed. So out of 6 beds 4 had something wrong with them.
The front desk was helpful but now it is 1am and we are getting up early.
If purchased through Expedia they put you in

When booked directly with them, you get a whopping 2 drinks per 2 peop/e and a side salad of beans or Mac salad. Mega bonus right there! Shhh.
Medium sized pool and a 8 person hot tub next to it. Get there early for quiet, get there late for kiddies.
Accommodating front desk ladies and bartendress smart and sweet.
We picked this place because of their large suite, bed with sofa-bed sleeping arrangements. Great for families and those with sleeping issues! (Snoring/tossing-turning)
Lots of parking. Well kept grounds. Will come back here next time in Redding!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay for hospitality was definitely the golden standard that all oxfords I’ve stayed at seem to maintain. Thank you for problem-solving the room mixup that I had so I can stay in the same room and not have to switch on the second night. Thank you Michael for helping me get that reservation last minute for Friday night I’m sorry I meant Thursday night either way thanks a lot buddy! You are so awesome. The room was very clean I appreciate you Sanitizing the remotes and ceiling then in plastic.

Great hotel that is getting updated at the moment but you can't hear the noise or hardly see the construction crews.
Simple nice clean hotel with a pool and hot tub. The social hour isn't currently on but the breakfast is still included and good.

I stayed two nights at this hotel. We got the two queen Suite at a wonderful price and I wanted to comment on how clean the facility was including the room, hallways and front desk area. I specifically asked for a room close to an exit and thats what we got. Very happy with this hotel and the polite staff, we will definitely be staying there again for work trips and even leisure stays. Great work everybody at Oxford Suites!!!

I read the reviews and decided to stay at Oxford but I was really disappointed after staying one night. Specially, after taking a shower I placed a towel on the floor to stand on and after picking it up the other side was really dirty (black marks all over). There was also stains on the room doors, floor, one of the pocket doors was broken (couldn't close), and I didn't like the decor.
The most disappointing part was the next morning I went to have a cup of coffee and removed the coffee cup from the wrapped plastic only to find it was used! At first, I thought the cup was stained

The front desk and room was nice. However I really don't like that there were no masks required and even signs saying they won't enforce the mask mandate.
People were in the elevator, lobby and hallways with no masks.
If you are traveling during the pandemic and trying to stay safe look elsewhere. I went here instead of a cheaper hotel for the cleanliness factor is it wasn't there with regards to covid.

We stopped in Redding during a road trip from Washington to southern California. I selected the Oxford because they claimed to have extra precautions in place during covid-19. Everyone in the lobby and reception area wore masks. However, the maids were not wearing masks when they were cleaning the rooms. The door to the room across the hall from us was open while it was being cleaned when we checked in. There were two maids in the room, without masks, talking a lot. I was unnerved by this because the cdc has claimed that droplets can remain in the air even after someone with covid has departed

This was our final night at a hotel after a 2 week road trip with the family and it was a good hotel to end on. The Oxford Suites was a larger hotel than we thought it would be, but it was perfect for our family.
I think we had a suite as our room had the typical hotel room setup when you first walked in, and then there were pocket doors that opened up to a little living room area with a TV. Sort of like the reversal of the Embassy Suites which has that room first, then the bedroom in the back. Unlike Embassy though, there's no kitchenette or dining area.
What is nice about this though

Great place to stay, rooms were very comfortable, shower was excellent. Plenty of room in our suite. Two TVs to enjoy, a microwave and fridge.
Staff was attentive and had us in our room in no time. Plenty of parking. And they give you drink vouchers for a night cap and vouchers for breakfast. Breakfast was great, so many options to choose from.

Pros: close to freeway, bed did not sag, lots of pillows, ok clean, two tv's, dogs welcome $30, air conditioner, snacks available, pool, kinda quiet, free parking.
Cons: air conditioner kept shut'n off (dusty & broken open), breakfast extremely limited 'n' stale, staff to busy flirting with security to help guests, no grass to walk pets, no fan in bathroom, limited channels, $$ get the same room cheaper at Laquita. Wannabes. Staff gave wrong vouchers for meals, then argued about it. Do not eat at Logan's (steak house) next to hotel. Food served was rotten, nice staff

We always stay here when we come to Redding, but a few things are slightly annoying. Mainly, Logan's Roadhouse is next door. In the past that's been a problem at night when I've stayed and have heard a lot of music, cars, noisy people etc when I was in a room that faced the restaurant. This time it was an issue when their yard crew cleans up the parking lot at 6:30am on a Saturday and I was woken an hour before my alarm by a leaf blower. If sleep is important to you I recommend requesting a room that's not near Logan's.
Secondly, there was no soap in our room when we

This is a very dated hotel. I asked for a suite that had been recently updated. If the suite we had was actually newly updated I would be very shocked. The room was old and dingy but roomy and well appointed.
For the price. It was definitely not worth it.
I had made a reservation in this hotel for the return trip but instead decided to stay at a different hotel.

This is our second stay this year at an Oxord Suites, the last being in Boise. The hotel is clean and the grounds are well maintained. All the staff is friendly and polite. We did not have any issues to report. Checking in was incredibly smooth and we were given a great recommendation for a local Mexican restaurant. There was flavored water and cookies in the lobby. Upon checking in, each adult is given two free drinks in the bar from 5-9. The Eel River Amber was great. Most of the time when you enter your room the first time, the air is off. Well we were coming in from 100 degrees to
