I moved to Alaska from Colorado in 1983, and have loved everything about our great state ever since. I grew up around construction with my first experience coming from an addition and a covered porch being added on a childhood home by my father. In high school, my parents decided to build their dream home out of pocket.
I was involved with every aspect from my hand prints being in the foundation to framing, pulling wire, plumbing, drywall, finishing, painting, flooring, etc. Professionally, I worked in various aspects of residential construction until 2011, which is when I received my real estate license.

Benjamin of 907 Home Inspections did a fantastic job on a recent home inspection for us. He provided a detailed list of the things that needed addressed with an electronic report including color pictures and gave suggestions on who to contact or simple solutions to correct the issues. Working with 907 Home Inspections, LLC (Benjamin Hornak) was awesome. He was able to do the initial inspection on short notice & the price was lower than some other home inspection companies.
I was deployed, so using his website to understand how the inspection would go & paying online was super helpful & easy.
I wasn’t able to be there for the initial inspection & the report created by 907 Inspections was easy to follow, concerning all the findings. The verbiage for each item was clear & the pictures were clear. I was able to understand what type of significance each item written up meant

Benjamin is reliable, professional and personable. He's great for Buyers & Sellers! When things don't work during an inspection, he investigates to see first if it's as simple as needing to turn a switch or pump on before automatically writing up as needing repair. He is patient with questions from potential new home owners having the inspection completed making sure he answers all questions and reviews his report with them while showing them how to read it when it comes to their email. His report is done and sent to you prior to leaving the inspection. Not too many inspectors can do that! I'll

Ben is a very thorough and professional home inspector.
