Sciatica and Back pain are closely related medical conditions. Many times, sciatica pain is the result of a medical back problem. The sciatic nerve is the longest nerve in the human body and consists of nerve roots in the lower back and runs through the buttock and down the back of each leg. Portions of this nerve branch out to the thigh, calf, foot, and toes.
Neck pain and migraines have a complicated relationship. While in some cases a severe injury to the neck can lead to severe headaches, in other situations neck pain could be the result of a severe migraine. Either way, it is never a good idea to assume that one is the result of the other. Seeking treatment for neck pain when the cause of your concern is actually a migraine will not lead to successful pain management.
The shoulder provides a versatile range of motion and is comprised of three bones: the humerus, the scapula, and the clavicle. The combination of these bones make up the joints that allow the shoulder to be the most mobile in the human body and allows circular, forward and backward movement. This wide range of motion is due to the rotator cuff, which is four tendons that connect the muscle to the bone.

Everyone at Allcare Physical Therapy have been friendly and helpful. My therapist, Daniel Mills, is very professional and kind. He did a complete analysis of my ankle injury, gave me exercises to do at home, and massages my ankle each time to loosen my injured tendon. I highly recommend Daniel and Allcare in Woodbridge. I am very pleased of my plan of care here thus far, my therapist discussed his suggestions on how to tackle my issue and also asked how I’m doing and if I had any questions. I never felt rushed in therapy and feel better after my session is completed and know more about why we do certain exercises the correct or modified way. I am impressed on their covid precautions. The staff is very kind and professional and greet you hello and ask how are you for that day of therapy. They really listen to you. Thank you for taking care of me. I learn something new each session :) Great place for therapy.

I have been to many PT shops in the Lakeridge/Woodbridge area and while all are very similar, I feel the Allcare team is small enough that you are treated individually, consistently, and your case and condition is well known to your therapist. Of the several I've visited, I have to give Allcare a 5 star rating. I guess the best outcome of all is that my presenting problems have always been addressed comprehensively. When I leave, my problem has been addressed.
