This place was horrible. I’m a college student now, and I got my braces on in middle school, got them off junior year of high school. About a year later, my retainers broke. The orthodontist did not get me in for weeks, in which my teeth already moved by the time I got there. To add, they did not keep my moldings so they had to do new ones even though my teeth had already moved. I then had to wait ANOTHER two weeks to get my retainers. My teeth never went back to the way they were, after so much money spent. I do not recommend this place at all. Other orthodontist keep their patients moldings

Worst. My son got his wires taken off a year ago saying he needs to brush
better and I make sure he does its still not good enough. She refusing to but the wires back on. So today I'm taking the braces off whats the point I've been taking him every two weeks for a year waiting hours because they over book. I will be making a complaint about this practice. I wish I could switch my daughter but I've been looking and its hard to do. Some of the staff is nice and some are rude. Do not take your children here.

This orthodontist is the WORST. I had to wait for 45 mins to an hour to get my braces tightened, even if it wasn’t busy. Every time I came in, the staff was very rude to me, and I always dreaded it. My mom couldn’t go to the back UNLESS they called her back there. The staff also waited on my braces to get removed because of these teeth that weren’t “coming in,” and said I had a cavity (which I didn’t). After I got my braces off and wore my retainers, they wanted to do a check up on me and I never went back after that day. I recommend not going over here👎🏻

Horrible staff! I took my daughter today to remove her braces, after they told me it was ready to be removed. I had an awful experience with the staff. The girl tone was nasty, and she claimed that they would not be able to see my daughter until we pay full balance. Furthermore, she also stated that we were told to bring $375 in cash or we would not be seen which was a lie. The other lady who claimed to be the supervisor or manager was just as nasty if not worst. She snatched a form from my hand that she had me sign. She said since you don't normally bring your daughter here, you must sign this

I’ve been going here for almost 4 years now. Every time I go back there’s more and more progress as long as I’m willing to listen and put effort to what I am doing. Sometimes some of the staff can be a litttttle clumsy when working in your mouth but it isn’t a big deal and has never caused any problems with me. I’m so close to getting them done in a month and can’t wait to get them out. They have been very good to me. Def recommend

The staff at this office are consistently the most unfriendly people we've had to deal with. There is no such thing as a quick appointment here; we have often had to wait well over an hour when the technician spent maybe 10 minutes actually working on my daughter's braces. There have been several appointments where we were there over 2 hours for these 10-15 minute procedures. They overbook and do not care about their patients' schedules. I really wish it were as easy to switch orthodontists as it is any other doctor so that we would not have to go here anymore. My son will also need braces and
