Highly recommend Mencers. They gave us great information and recommendations for our trees during the initial assessment. The weather caused some issues with scheduling, but their office kept us informed and worked around our schedule. Derrick and his crew were extremely professional, efficient, and took great care to not cause any damage to my yard or fences.

The team did a great job trimming and pruning my Bradford Pear tree taking great care to take into account previous cuts so that the tree grows back more uniformly. Derrick was extremely friendly and professional, and the team worked quickly and did a fantastic job to remove all waste. Pricing was also very competitive, and the office did a wonderful job in communicating with me on scheduling. Would highly recommend.

I had two very tall pine trees removed. Derrick and the crew did a great job. They worked hard to protect a dogwood at the bottom and also protected the yard from a lot of damage. On time, kept me informed, and great clean up. I always use this company.

I contacted them before September 7th, 2021 and was told it would be a 8-12 week wait as they were busy. I get it. Everyone one is short staffed, and everyone is busy. They did send over a person to give an estimate in a very timely fashion, and since it was a small job, they might be able to do it sooner. I should've realized from the misspelling of my name on the email containing the estimate, they didn't really care about their customers nor their time. After about 4 weeks, I realized I needed some branches around power lines trimmed, and they were more than willing to add it

I've appreciated Derrick and his crew taking care of my tree work again today. Second all-day job for me. Lots of trees to cut and trim! They are really quick and efficient. All the neighbors have talked about how efficient they are. They clean up carefully. And they are very attentive to details and working special requests. I can't say enough!

Sadly I had to have a huge oak tree removed before it could fall and crush my entire house. I am heartbroken that this was needed. Luckily I found care and understanding with the timber men at Mencer's Tree Service. Derek (who led the job) was wonderful. He and four others showed up on time, worked carefully and consistently from 8:30 until finished around 3:30. They took the tree mitigating any damage to other trees (and I have lots of 🌳) Derek had the job completed in much less time then he predicted and had the yard cleaned up just as promised. I highly recommend this company! Plus the job

We live in a rental house and did not pick who we wanted to cut the tree that had fallen in our yard. Mencer's Tree Service came and did a great job! They came to the house early in the morning and were gone within an hour (this was a HUGE tree). I was very impressed with how fast they were and how clean they left the yard/surrounding area that they were around. There were at least 7 men working and they all did a great job! Would recommend to anyone who's needing a tree service.

Horrible service. I called in early April 2019 for an estimate regarding a large tree limb that fell in my yard. They immediately sent me an estimate of the removal. I accepted the estimate and waited for a time for them to schedule my appointment, which I thought would be rather soon since they were so hasty to send the estimate. Instead of scheduling an appointment, they told me they would do the job "as they have time between their other appointments." I have called them every few weeks for an estimate of when I can expect them to service my yard, and receive the same response every

I have a sycamore tree in my back yard which was there long prior to the house next door being built. The tree limbs had grown toward and closer to the house next door over the last few years since that house was built. I hired White's Tree Service to cut those particular limbs off at the tree in order to prevent those limbs from causing problems or disputes with the neighbors. Loosing a big stately tree is not a happy experience, but the tree was diseased. We talked with different tree services, and choose Mencer's to do the tree removal from a very difficult place. It was a huge tree and it had to be cut into pieces a strong man could carry by hand through our beautiful garden. There were about 10 men strong men, I think, carrying this tree bit by bit to a place where the equipment could grind it up. It was an all day job.
