Communication was very good and they quickly came and gave me an estimate which was less than 3 previous estimates. They removed a large weeping willow tree and pruned another large tree in only 2 hours. Stump was removed a few days later in less than an hour. All debris was removed before they left.

Hired these guys on a 2 day job to see how they would do ,and ended up using them for over a month. Great customer service, and the guys were prompt and professional. I had two 20 year old pine trees removed from the side of my yard extremely close to my house. It was tight area for the crew to work in! They dropped every branch and each tree precisely. They clean up was great. Communication was great from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

These are before and after jason and his crew did a awssome job they did in a day what would be a week for any one else they are very professional . I would never call anyone else this is the second time i have used them this year. You really cant go wrong with east tn tree service they have cut 36 trees down on my property and the clean up is awesome as well. And to watch them in action is amazing

I can't say enough good things about the service I received from East Tennessee Tree Service. I had 4 large pine trees removed from around my house. When I called for a quote, they sent an arborist at an appointed time. He arrived exactly when promised. Another service I called gave me a four hour window and then didn't show or bother to call . Richard walked the property and we talked about what i wanted for my immediate needs ( removal of 2 dead trees and two leaning toward the house). One tree was huge and over my driveway just 25 feet from the house. Within three hours I had an email quote

East TN Tree Service did an outstanding job at my home. We had two large maples and a very large oak right next to the house. The way they used the crane to lift and cut the trees was amazing. The crew was very professional. The job was completed on time and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend East TN Tree Service.
