My name is Ivy Hunter, broker, and owner of Legacy Real Estate Group. I am 26 years old, a mother of three beautiful children, a real estate professional and landlord. I grew up in central Minnesota and now live in Baxter, MN where I am raising my kids, growing my real estate company and managing my rental properties.

Ivy is an amazing realtor. My husband and I recently bought a house and had nothing but one headache after another with the fiance company we chose to go with, but Ivy was the bright shining 🌟 in that situation. She was super knowledgeable and professional thru the entire process. She definitely knows her market and is insanely honest with the process. There were many times where she was able to calm my nerves and anxiety down. She was so patient. I would recommend Ivy to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.
