Landing Mortgage was established in 2006 at the Naples Airport by a pilot who loved flying and working in the mortgage industry. In 2008, the company was purchased by Melinda Sweet, an expert in banking, finance, real estate and mortgage. Her father Walter was also a pilot, and they spent much of their time together in the sky.
Our personalized service can start as early as the beginning of your home search, where we accompany you to viewings, meeting REALTORS(R) and providing pre-qualification letters for purchase offers. Unique to our company, our remote team can meet you at your home, or public space. We provide a full assessment of your needs and seek suitable mortgage programs to fit your current credit and financial situation.

I very rarely post reviews, but I will make an exception in this case. Some how Melinda managed to remove the pain from a very painful process. She provided clear expectations, communicated requirements in a timely manner, met deadlines and was very easy to deal with. And, by the way, the rate was terrific. If you are looking for a mortgage, look no further.
