They fit me in for inspection quickly- despite all the cars in the lot. They were thourough, kind, and quick. My car had a bit of work to be done and they finished it by the end of the day- including welding a part for my vehicle. They also told me about some other cosmetic issues and other things outside of inspection that need attention. I will definitely be back and I am happy to find a good place to bring vehicle

Went in needing some work done, and they told me exactly what needed replacement and what was on its way out. Didn’t end up getting anything done through them but the customer service is top notch. Also they do their best to get you in as soon as possible which is awesome.

I had to get my 2009 car inspected I'm one of those people that just knows where the key goes and how to put gas in it. They taught me so much about my car and I am grateful. Its quite expensive they have a program that I use so I can make payments on. No car place has done that for me before. I have a list of things I can do in the future for my maintenance they told me what's the most important to things down the road. So I can save up.I will come back again I feel comfortable asking questions about car and don't feel dumb for asking. 👍

Got the best service! Paul is very pleasant and communicative. The repairs were done in a timely manner and my car runs great. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Paul's Integrity and will bring my car back the next time I need ANYTHING car-related. An addendum (because I cannot reply to the owner's response) it is necessary to EMPHATICALLY state I was NOT given any estimate, despite the owner's claim I had. After posting my review, he phone me at work and on my personal phone and when we were able to talk, he said "We called you with a quote and you said to do the work. I was standing next to the mechanic when he called, so I know you were given an estimate." In his written response in this forum, he declares a text was sent. Neither is true. Had I been informed up front of the costs, I would have said to not do it because I could not afford

I got very lost trying to get to them yesterday..Sam was so great, he stayed on the phone with me til I finally arrived..Ty Sam..They gave my car a very thorough inspection and showed me pictures on the computer of everything they found. I will be going there nxt wk to have them do the work..Ty Paul and staff. I would definitely recommend them !

Brought my Subaru in because the check engine light was flashing- 2 hour diagnostic charge,the shop said they checked with Subaru techs. And it would cost me $13,000+ to fix because I needed a new engine— I brought it to tri city Subaru— and wala. $1000+. For a new computer—- I put it on his Facebook page- he took it down , messaged me ( while I was at work). I responded, then he took himself off messenger so I couldn’t continue the chat——- doesn’t seem to have a lot of integrity to me😡🤬😡

I have used Paul’s services for maintenance of my vehicle a couple of times now and feel like I’m dealing with an honest and friendly businessman. Paul wrote up a very clear estimate for me of work that I pretty much knew my car needed and he went over it in detail with me. The costs seem fair and reasonable. I’m going to keep coming back.
