Mike and his team are great. Polite, courteous, and excellent at what they do. I grew up in a small town with a friendly, trustworthy, and small local mechanic. Rochester is a much larger town, so I worried that I wouldn't find that type of relationship when I moved here years ago. Fortunately I found Rochester Radiator. They have never tried to convince me to get work done that was not necessary. Mike was a life saver. I'll keep it short but basically I had body damage (minimal) and a smashed headlight after a run in with a truck hitch after a snow storm. I was quoted 1,900 from an auto body shop to get my car back to where it was and on top of that my insurance wasn't going to cover it. I bought my car for 2,000, so there was especially no way I was going to do that! I realized I needed someone who would be willing to just fix my headlight so it would be legal to drive. Amazing service! We were on our way to North Conway for a family vaca, with my daughter and doc in the truck and towing a camper when we broke down on Rt. 16 with a cracked radiator hose. AAA told us they'd have to tow our truck and camper separately and we'd also have to call a taxi. They gave us the number to Rochester Radiator and Mike was awesome. He even brought the part out to us. Thanks for saving our vaca, Mike!

Please don't go to this business. After waiting three days for my car to be reinspected, this owner went into a rage complaining about the fact that I didn't give him my expensive car repairs and that he was going to make me wait. This is the worse example of poor customer service I have received. This individual believes only people who spends a lot of money in his shop deserves service. Beware of this company.
