Dr. Jacqueline Olivo was born in Trujillo, Peru. The 5th of twelve children, she knew from an early age that she enjoyed science and helping people in need. Diana is our Lead Aesthetician at Olivo Med Spa. Diana attended the University of Aesthetics where she became a licensed Aesthetician and now provides full aesthetic services with a focus on advanced clinical care and laser technology.
Dr. Jacqueline Olivo was born in Trujillo, Peru. The 5th of twelve children, she knew from an early age that she enjoyed science and helping people in need. At the age of 17, she enrolled at the University of San Luis Gonzaga, in the city of Ica, where she earned her medical degree with honors. Her first practice was at the Hospital Dos de Mayo in Lima, where she helped poor Peruvians gain access to crucial health care services.
She graduated from the University of Aesthetics as an Illinois licensed aesthetician (LE), as well as from the National Laser Institute in AZ, with clinical and comprehensive laser training. Michelina also holds a B.A. Degree in Business from Northern Illinois University.

For as long as I could remember I have been very insecure about my lips! not only was my lips extremely small but they affected the way I talk and my confidence so recently I told my husband It's be would be a dream to get fuller lips so we made an appointment and my life changed forever! I can't believe how amazing they turned out! I thought it would be painful and scary but my experience was very relaxing and calm! I had so many family and friends say my lips looks so amazing! Andrea was amazing! She did the Juvederm on my lips and they couldn’t have looked anymore perfect. She was very warm and welcoming making my experience feel very comfortable . This was my first time at this spa and I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend Andrea she’s the best!

Expensive and no parking. Literally there's no parking around there. Go early to look cause you have to read all the signs so you know if you can or can't park there. It's expensive. Three moles and it was crazy expensive. It surprised me and It's not my first time in the rodeo. I've had other things done to my face and I've paid a pretty penny in years. Multiple places. And this place was crazy expensive that there's no way I want to get anything else done. I wouldn't even look at the menu.

I wanted to get some Botox for the first time as a birthday gift to myself and decided to book with Andrea at Olivo Medspa. Andrea was amazing; super friendly and professional. Since it was my first time ever I was a little nervous as I didn't want my face to look permanently frozen (I'm an over-thinker I can't help it). She talked me through the entire procedure and I felt super calm and comfortable throughout the entire thing.

I love this med spa! Been going in for laser hair removal and I love my results! Get your hydra facials here too (Diana is amazing). All of their staff are really sweet and knowledgeable. I love a good no pressure atmosphere, super clean and abide by covid restrictions.

The MiraDry is SO Expensive and does not guarantee results. The numbing shots made my sweat stop but once I healed, the armpit sweating returned. I returned to Olivo, completed a sweat test was, showing positive sweat glands, and was told to PAY FULL PRICE to repeat the painful treatment and hope for better results. AVOID MIRADRY, IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY, PAIN AND TIME!!! Plus Dr. Olivo was my PCP so no medical concerns before treatment. (Picture is of irriated itchy skin, about 6 months after treatment, smelly too)

My wife got me a laser hair removal package from Diana for my birthday. Usually I would get waxed but wanted something more permanent. Diana was great from the initial start and explained everything. She’s done my chest 3 times now and my back twice. The results are incredible and the process is pretty much painless. Every time I’ve gone in she’s educated me on something else about skin care. I highly recommend her for any of your skin care needs. Thanks Diana!

Returned to get my Hydrafacial and had such a wonderful experience! Ariana took incredible care of me and, knowing it was my first time getting the treatment, walked me through the process from beginning to end. She made sure I was comfortable with each step and understood the benefits as well. On top of that she provided recommendations for ways I may be able to change my skin care regimen to keep my skin healthy and reduce my acne. Would come back!

Diana the esthetician was wondering with my laser genesis treatment. The staff is very welcoming and friendly . The parking is hard to find so I suggest parking across the street at the Dunkin Doughnuts. The place inside is gorgeous . Diana guided me through the whole entire process of the treatment . Thank you Ariana. I just left my hydrafacial and it was amazing. I went to the Philippines a few weeks ago and my skin was feeling so congested and awful ever since. Ariana was able to squeeze me in as a super last appointment. (My schedule is always changing so I really did appreciate her squeezing me in) She explained each step and ingredient she was using, she even asked about my skin routine and suggested some things that might not be working based on my skin type. My skin feels so amazing.

I've been seeing Diana for almost 2 years on and off. I stopped seeing her to find a place closer to my home downtown, but none of them lived up to her treatments. I ended up going back today for a dermal infusion treatment and laser genesis. My skin looks amazing. She takes her time during every treatment and makes sure you receive the most thorough care. I've been to a lot of med spa's and none of them live up to her.

This was in 2018: The doctor never showed up. Although they had scheduled my consultation at the location I had showed up to, the doctor was at a the other location that day. They asked me if I wanted to wait for the doctor, and I agreed, but she never arrived. After about almost an hour of waiting one of the estheticians said she could consult me if that was okay. I agreed since they seemed like nice people and I understand mistakes happen. In a rush (she had a client waiting for her), she starts "consulting" about my face without even asking what services I was interested in. Long story
